What do you like best about Postcoder?

Postcoder offers an excellent developer experience — the documentation, examples, and support are all well delivered. The API security is thoughtfully designed, with fine-grained controls for rate limiting, domain restrictions, emailed alerts and more. Usage metrics and detailed logging are also very helpful — overall, it’s a highly developer-friendly platform.

What do you dislike about Postcoder?

Very little to dislike about Postcoder. One minor detail was the use of non-standard country codes for defining address searches — but the service desk was very helpful, quickly providing the correct codes, and the issue was resolved within 20–40 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postcoder?

Postcoder just reliably works in the background, giving our customers easy and reliable data so they can check out quickly and we get accurate data then for our delivery partners. It was easy to set up and never seems to be out of action or need amendments from us leaving us free to get on with what we need to do in other areas of the business! It helps us by making checkout easier for our customers therefore increasing the likelyhood of spending with us. It also helps us get consistent address data for our delivery partners meaning they are less likely to have address issues meaning missed deliveries and upset customers and increased work load for our customer service team. We love the developer-friendly API; it makes integration into websites and applications very simple. What do you like best about Postcoder?

I appreciate Postcoder’s robust and detailed API documentation, which made setup incredibly swift and seamless. The thorough SDKs were immensely valuable in this process. I also greatly value the high quality of address lookups, which ensures top-tier results from credit checks and eliminates manual searches for our customers. This leads to high customer satisfaction and conversion rates, sometimes exceeding 80% in lending journeys. My overall experience with Postcoder has been excellent from the start, so much so that I would unequivocally purchase it again and recommend it highly with a perfect score of ten out of ten. What do you like best about Postcoder?

The ease of use and their documentation is superb. Allowing me to hook up to the service very easily. They also have a wide offering of services that I haven't taken full advantage of yet, but nice to see they have a good ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate the comment regarding the credit pricing; we did consider rounding certain credits to the nearest whole or half credit, but by keeping them rounded to the nearest decimal place it allows us to keep our prices as cost-effective for our customers as possible. We will bear it in mind for future price changes though!

What do you like best about Postcoder?

Postcoder is super straightforward to use and does exactly what I need it to—quick and accurate address lookup. The API is fast and reliable, and the setup was simple. Theres multiple options for address search and we are able to experiment with different options. "Simple, cheap and just works"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

It has an API that's easy to use and implement, and it just works. I like the notifications that are sent so you can keep an eye on usage amount and credits remaining. Support (the couple of times I've needed it) has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It just works for us!"

"Postcoder delivers accurate data, great support, and a smooth experience"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

We tried a number of different address lookup services before deciding to go with Postcoder.

Not only did we receive the most accurate address and location data from postcoder, but the help we received from the support team (especially Kit) and the easy to navigate admin portal made it an easy decision.

The API is fast to respond to requests. We haven't had any issues since switching to Postcoder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postcoder?

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that we didn't have enough credits to for our testing, so we had to request more. However the support team was quick to fix this issue for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
