What do you like best about QLess?

Qless is the best program I've found for this purpose. It's simple and straightforward to use, implement, and manage on a day to day basis. It gives you more than enough data and analytics to make smart business decisions. The company and support are amazing I've never had a bad interaction or experience with anyone from qless. What do you like best about QLess?

The virtual line is helpful. The ability to check in from wherever is great. QR and app check in is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QLess?

Tickets take a long time to be completed.

Support Staff can be condescending with their replies to tickets

No training was provided during the original implementation of QLess for us

A lot of their staff is not as knowledgeable regarding Linebuster as they are in Tempo

What do you like best about QLess?

Qless has an excellent platform for managing the flow of appointments and walkin guests. It was easy to implement in our environment and integrated nicely into our operations.

The configuration is easy to understand and the operation is easy to train. Our guests and employees enjoy having a simple interface to engage with.

Our administration and board appreciate the data that is collected on our guest interactions. I appreciate how responsive and thorough the support and leadership teams are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QLess?

The product is still growing and, as such, occasionally there is functionality that seems like it would make sense to have in a B2B queue management system baked in already but is not avaliable.

For example, a way to see all services assigned to all users in one place. Currently, you have to individually view each user to see what service is assigned to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QLess?

I love that QLess takes the guesswork out of estimating how long the wait is when assisting guests who visit our office. The live status page and text messages for guests is also a great plus, especially if folks decide to step away from our lobby to go grab coffee or stop by another office while they wait. It has helped tremendously in making our services run smoothly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QLess?

I don't love the terminology used in QLess. For example, while using phrases like "walk-ins" is quite common, we do serve visitors who need accessbility accommodations and always refer to our "walk-in" services as "drop-ins" instead.

I also wish that when staff summon guests that instead of disappearing from the CEC, they would remain on there until services have been completed. Perhaps those being summoned and served can be moved to the bottom with a status bubble that says "Summoned" and "Now Serving" - this might just be a quirk because of how our office operates, with front desk staff monitoring QLess' CEC for drop-ins with back-office staff actually meeting with guests.

Another downside (likely just another quirk with our office) is that our office is located in a concrete building which provides poor data connection where guests may not receive text messages or be able to refresh the status screen if they choose to wait inside the building for services. We aren't able to display identifying information (names, phone numbers, etc.) on a screen in the lobby, but we could look into it if guests were assigned a random number when adding themselves to the queue that would display on the screen instead. The communication with appointments for customers. I like that they recieve email and texts and that they recieve updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had several people with confirmed appointments with emails and text message confirmations, that are not reflected on our side.

Unable to summon more than one person at each station. We must end the session immediately after beginning the service in order to move onto the next person which is creating inaccurate statistics.

What do you like best about QLess?

Qless allows the users to manage wait times and send those in line a text message when it's their time. It also allows the user to document in a very efficient manner. Qless is a great tool for the education field for admissions and advising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
