What do you like best about Recurly?

While the features and ease of use are great, I’m most impressed with their customer service and ability to answer each question my team or I have quickly and thoroughly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recurly?

No major cons I can think of. We’re trying to integrate GoCardless and it’s been a little clunky, but I don’t think that’s at the fault of Recurly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My team can capture all interactions and updates to the customer account. Also, any changes to the account like new subscriptions, cancellations, payments made, etc. are all captured and recorded, and it is seamless management of customer data across different members of the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Recurly?

What do you like best about Recurly?

Very low maintenance system that I can easily configure changes in the administration. Recurly is highly dependable in collecting the payments each month and we never have had an issue where Recurly had an outage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Recurly?

For one, the learning curve from across our organization is short. This tool is intuitive from customer to subscription to invoice views. It was easy for us to deploy and train all users, including new people. Our business revolves around subscriptions. This tool helps us accommodate customer requirements beyond regular month-to-month billing (i.e., every other month, prepayment, etc.) The invoicing feature answers most of our needs. It works well with our existing CRM and reporting tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recurly?

It is not the cheapest tool in the market, but they offer flexible billing depending on your need. There are small/minor nuances which, if gone, would improve our workflow. For one, when creating multiple subscriptions, there is a one-minute delay before you can create another one. The tool times out frequently, which I think is good, but it can be not very pleasant when you have a 2-step verification set-up. You will need to pick up your phone frequently. Recurly is feature-rich and provides you with everything you need to manage your subscriptions. Especially the dunning management is great. They also offer great and quick customer support via live chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy user interface. Ability to access client information and history. Integrations to your favorite gateways. Creating coupons. Managing all that. Everything is pretty easy once you get set up. What do you dislike about Recurly?

Would be cool to be able to manage 3rd party (apple, android) subscriptions more efficiently under the same platform, but understand it may not be possible. There are (or least used to be) some limitations for gifting subscriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
