What do you like best about REsimpli?

As the owner of Georgia Properties Consultants of Atlanta, I’ve tested many CRMs and tools in the real estate investment space, and RESimpli has stood out above the rest. It’s built specifically with wholesalers and investors in mind, which makes it far more intuitive than generic CRMs.

The biggest wins for us have been:

Simplicity & Speed – My team can onboard quickly and actually use the system daily without feeling overwhelmed.

What do you like best about REsimpli?

I like how easy it is to set up such as the drip campaigns for text and emails. I have used other softwares for my real estate business and this one is by far the easiest to navigate and the support they provide is amazing. It’s easy to send them a message or jump on a zoom call to get everything solved. The team is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really recommend this CRM. What do you dislike about REsimpli?

What do you like best about REsimpli?

Out of all the CRMs we researched, RESimpli is hands-down the most comprehensive and user-friendly platform for real estate investors and teams. I love that it truly feels like “one platform to rule them all,” bringing together everything we need in one place. What really stands out is how committed RESimpli is to constantly improving their product based on real user feedback—this isn’t a static tool, it’s evolving right alongside the needs of its users.

Integration was absolutely seamless thanks to the incredible onboarding team. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. We needed a lot of support to get our accounts set up, and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident every step of the way. A special thank you to Don, Danielle, Jewel, and Jena—it’s team members like them who make RESimpli worth every penny.

On top of that, I’ve been blown away by the Mastermind series and weekly Office Hours. They’ve made it easy to get acclimated and inspired by all the different ways to maximize the platform. And let’s not forget the AI agents—this is truly cutting-edge technology that most CRMs don’t even come close to offering at this level.

What do you like best about REsimpli?

I have just started my real estate investment journey, but so far my favorite things are the ease of use, integration with other platforms (gmail, calling, web builder, etc.) that saves me money from other services I am currently paying (will be canceling). I also have a sincere appreciation for how helpful every interaction I have had has been. The personalized demo call was great, the help with the number porting was outstanding (and super quick) and my onboarding call was the icing on the cake. What do you dislike about REsimpli?

What do you like best about REsimpli?

The onboarding process is very clear with the step-by-step checklist, which made it easy to set up my account. I like that ReSimpli combines lead management, phone, texting, and a website all in one platform. It feels designed specifically for real estate investing, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools. What do you like best about REsimpli?

It is in all inclusive CRM to handle your real estate investing business. You don't need all these external products as they have thought of pretty much everything and I am couldn't be happier and more efficient using their product. Customer support is amazing and answers quickly to help you out with any support issues. Pricing is competitive and you get a full functionally trial to really understand the capabilities of the product. I would definitely recommend their product. "Getting Set Up with REsimpli"
What do you like best about REsimpli?

Thanks to Kim Soliman and the ​REsimpli Support, Onboarding, and Integration team for getting me set up with this CRM. Never used a CRM before and it's still a little to get a hang of and probably need more help getting some help. I really love the AI feature they have to offer that are free currently expect the outbound AI Tools, but overall going great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REsimpli?

The downsides are that there is a lot of cost to getting set up with having to buy multiple phone numbers, the minutes are reasonable, but having to a have a phone number for sellers, buyers, dialer, voice AI, really hit my pockets. Another downside was having to wait over 5 days for my onboarding which I was kind of frustrated about because I wanted to hit the ground running, but again I understand the demand and the only limited amount of people that could help. And the other thing would be having no autonomy with the active pipeline, like I have to buy a whole new number to start another campaign something to extra cost that people are on a budget and still like someone like me haven't closed their first deal but I need a CRM to say organized. What do you like best about REsimpli?

I like that it's an all in one CRM that doesn't require multiple plug ins and partner vendors to perform the functions I need. I use it every day on either the desktop version or mobile app. I've found it very easy to use after the initial learning curve and I think my VA would say the same since she uses it every day too. What do you dislike about REsimpli?

I haven't come across too many downsides after using it for a year. No CRM is perfect, but I tried so many last year before landing on RESimpli. So many of the others were complicated or required too many other components. I like things to be streamlined and all in one place as much as possible. What do you like best about REsimpli?

I can't say enough about how great this CRM is. It has the automation, ease of use, and support that is desperately needed in this industry. The owner of the software is heavily involved in user-base and they are constantly making it better. It is truly a user-driven CRM instead of a CRM built upon what the owners think are good ideas. Lastly, their support is super responsive and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a real estate investing CRM. And if you already have a CRM, they make your integration super easy. What do you dislike about REsimpli?
