What do you like best about JustCall?

My department relies on Just Call primarily for its SMS features, and overall, I find it to be the easiest program to use in a call center environment, especially when making outbound calls and reaching out to customers. The system is straightforward to navigate, and it offers a variety of useful functions. What I appreciate most is the ability to create and save different text messages as quick replies, which really speeds up my workflow compared to the other programs we use. There is nothing that I highly dislike with Just call I think some things that can make it easier to use is just contacting the person with 1 number instead of being able to use different numbers because we can't keep up with how many times they are getting contacted. What do you dislike about JustCall?

I have been using justcall for more than 3 years now and the main challenge that I faced with this software is the call quality because whenever we do lots of call in a single day then I have noticed that more than 15 to 20% of the call just gets disconnected or we face a issue of sound leakage. There is also a big problem of clarity of voice with just call and trust me It is not good. Since I am logged in multiple places (desktop, Pipedrive, & mobile app) if I get a call while I'm in a meeting it rings in multiple places and I have to ignore the call in multiple places. What do you like best about JustCall?

We have had just a heckin' rough time getting our telephony in Salesforce sorted out. JustCall is the one that actually allows us to review the sales team's calls with ease and speed. The transcription feature is genuinely useful.

Getting it set up was pretty painless, at least at a basic functionality level.

Customer support is genuinely helpful, though it can take a minute to get a hold of them. But they've never failed to resolve my issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

Integration works smoothly enough, but some of the features are proving tricky to get talking to other APIs seamlessly. There's a bit of confusion between the SF Integration, the Chrome add-on, and the standalone dialer - but we have a nice system now with integrated pop-up, and the chrome extension.

My sales team is using this every day, and it doesn't strain under the weight.

There are a lot of structures that aren't immediately obvious when you're using the product, that you'll only run into when something stops working.

It's honestly a little janky in places; the amount of things that I need to contact support to do for me, instead of just letting an admin do it? It's not my favorite.

We've actually had a stretch of difficulty with porting in numbers - things that had historically not taken that long, now taking multiple weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They don't have a direct contact number where you can just call them and speak to a person. You always have to go through a chat, if it comes to needed to speak, they setup a zoom call for you.
