"Reliable Cloud testing platform"
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

I liked the UI very much. It is very much easy to understand even from a beginner perspective. Also the video recording feature is awesome. It provided a wide range of real devices and browsers to test. Test result summary is very detailed in addition to the failed screenshots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

We weren't able to run our XCUI tests with sauce labs. Also the existing documentation wasn't of much use. Also sometimes capturing screenshot fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thought it is very helpful their are few drawbacks.

1.It often requires significant initial setup, including configuring the tool to work with specific application and integrating it with our existing CI/CD pipeline.

2.Teams need to invest lots of time to learn and adapt to the new tools and their features.

3.Automated tests need to be maintained regularly. Changes in the application’s UI, functionality, or environment can lead to test failures.

4.Some dynamic test cases can not be easily automated.

5.There is some intial investment which became barrier for smaller teams and projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best All in One Testing Solution"
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

Saucelabs is a real game changer. My team has been using their services for 3+ years. When we got started with this tool, it was very easy to integrate into our code base. It also is very versatile when it comes to all your testing needs. You can live test on differrent browsers, devices, and platforms. We use Saucelabs everyday for our testing needs.

Their UI is very intuitive and they take user experience feedback seriously. My team submitted feedback on how the test execution should be displayed and they had implemented!

Saucelabs continues to amaze me with their new releases and continuous improvement of their services.

They also have a strong community that is willing to help users with troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

The only downside I can think of is that Saucelabs can be a bit pricey since its based off VMs. Sometimes we run into server errors and support takes a while to get back. We've also shifted account managers several times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
