What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

SchoolAuction.net provides us with a product that covers all aspects of our event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

If there was a feature to check ALL attendees in or groups of attendees in it would save a lot of time. We also have many people who purchase an entire table, so we don't have billing information on all of those tickets, It is frustrating and time consuming at Checkout to ask for billing address, and email when you have a line of 100 people wanting to check out. Recommendations to others considering SchoolAuction.net:

Always shop around and ask lots of questions, as one product may not fit your needs. We've been using SchoolAuction.net for many years and keep coming back due to the ease of use, great customer service and all-around great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SchoolAuction.net solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use to use an outside mobile POS for raffle ticket sales, Merchandise sales etc, and this last year we chose to do it all through SchoolAuction.net and it saved so much hassle with collecting our funds after our event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, great customer service"

What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

The software is easy to use. The reporting features are also very helpful when doing auction wrap-up! The automatic sending of receipts is great! What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

Honestly, all went very smoothly this year. Hopefully next year we won't need to live-feed features and will only need them for cataloging auction items and running the auction the night of! "Ready to go for your first auction!"

What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

I love that SchoolAuction.net can print donor receipts, organizes the donors, links accounts across donors/buyers/etc. It made summarizing reports much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface does not always seem super intuitive. Things didn't always feel like they were in the most logical place, and it was hard to get the answers to questions I had through their help pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

SchoolAuction software is very user-friendly and has so many tutorials to answer questions and navigate what you are trying to accomplish. The SchoolAuction support team is helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

Setting up the financial aspect of the software and learning how to make sense of payments when they come in was not well explained. Non-profits need to do their best to reconcile down to the penny, thank goodness we have an accountant who's team took that portion over for us. It would have been too much for our event committee. What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

SchoolAuction.net makes it easy to have an online Gala and an in-person event. You can easily distinguish which items will be up for bidding for each part of the event. I love how you can import users and donors from year to year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

I wish it was a little easier to print custom instructions on invoices, or that you were able to customize the emails when sending invoices or payment reminders. We also use an outside credit card processor so I would like to be able to include a link to pay when sending email invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great recommendation to use all of the help tools available to make sure you're using all our our features to their fullest! As the event and fundraising hub for my school, SchoolAuction.net is outstanding. It is incredibly easy to set up my event website, invite guests, manage their transactions and contact them as needed. And their customer service team is AWESOME.
