What do you like best about SiftHub?

The biggest advantage of SiftHub is the time it saves during RFPs and security questionnaires. The autofill feature is accurate for most cases, and the centralized search makes it easy to pull content without jumping between multiple tools. What do you dislike about SiftHub?

At times, the exported documents lose formatting, especially when working with tables or branded templates. I’d also like clearer source transparency so it’s easy to see exactly where the AI pulled information from. While it works well for standard RFPs, very complex questionnaires sometimes need manual adjustment. These are not blockers, but improvements here would make the product even stronger. What do you like best about SiftHub?

What do you dislike about SiftHub?

As with any AI, there are inherent limitations. If the backend database is even slightly inaccurate, the AI will not be able to distinguish this and will respond based on that flawed context. What do you dislike about SiftHub?

My overall experience with SiftHub as a user on the Whatfix Bid Management team is largely positive, primarily due to its AI-driven automation and intelligent content management capabilities. What I appreciate most is how it significantly saves time by accurately autofilling RFPs and other questionnaires, allowing us to focus on strategic content. The centralized knowledge base and seamless collaboration features also greatly enhance our efficiency and ensure consistency. However, no tool is perfect; I've found that the AI responses sometimes require minor manual refinement for nuanced questions, and the initial effort to ingest and curate our extensive content library can be substantial. What do you like best about SiftHub?

SiftHub stands out for its intuitive, AI-driven automation that significantly reduces the time and manual effort required to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. What I like best is the ability to generate responses effortlessly using its smart content library, which continuously improves with usage. The search function is highly responsive and context-aware, helping me find the most relevant past answers in seconds. Collaboration is seamless — I can tag team members, assign questions, track progress, and ensure version control without resorting to endless email threads or spreadsheets. The UI is clean and user-friendly, and onboarding was quick with a minimal learning curve.

The Auto-fill functionality and the browser extension are the most used features by me.

If you're involved in bid management or presales and are juggling multiple RFXs, SiftHub is a must-have. It has transformed our response process from reactive and chaotic to streamlined and strategic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SiftHub?

While there are no significant drawbacks, there is always room for minor improvements. Occasionally, the AI-generated suggestions may require manual tweaking to fully align with the tone or context of a specific RFX. Additionally, as with any evolving platform, there are a few features we’d love to see enhanced, such as deeper integrations with certain niche tools we use or more customizable reporting options. What do you like best about SiftHub?

We required a solution that would enable both our sales and solutions teams to function efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. The capability to integrate various knowledge sources is a huge advantage. We utilize the extension on a daily basis during client interactions and also for the initial completion of client questionnaires before forwarding them to the solutions team for their expert input, which has significantly reduced our time expenditure.

The team is also amazing and I really enjoy working with them. They listen to our use case carefully and provide us with easy to use solutions.

Once the integrations are plugged in which takes hardly any time, it is effortless to use and derive insights.

I find using SiftHub incredibly time-saving and effort-saving, especially for handling repetitive tasks like RFPs and customer questionnaires. What do you like best about SiftHub?

What I like best about SiftHub is its intuitive interface, seamless administration, and how easy it is to set up and maintain. Our team was able to adopt it quickly with minimal training, and the account management support from SiftHub has been outstanding. Really appreciate Sai and Jitesh for making this possible so quickly.

We're equally impressed with the responsiveness of the engineering team, who not only act promptly on feedback but also deliver updates that consistently exceed our expectations.

We evaluated multiple top-tier products in the market, including Avnio, Loopio, 1up, Responsive, etc. Given the high volume of RFPs we handle at Sirion, we needed a solution that offered low administrative overhead with high value and adoption potential, and SiftHub delivered exactly that. What do you dislike about SiftHub?

One area of improvement would be providing a better balance between standard AI and Generative AI (GenAI). At the end-user level, it would be ideal to have the option to choose between generating a standard (template-based) response and a GenAI-powered response. For balancing standard and GenAI responses, SiftHub offers options to meet this need. You can define gold standard responses as Q&A pairs for consistency, and SiftHub will automatically adhere to their language when a question similar to the Q&A pair is asked. Moreover, you can select whether to use the generated response, or simply paste the matched canned response as is.

I love how SiftHub centralizes our company's knowledge, acting as a single source of truth that saves our presales team countless hours. It actually changed the entire process for responding to RFPs and security questionnaires by eliminating the need to chase down subject matter experts for answers. The AI's responses occasionally need slight manual refinement when there are very minute details to be captured , and the process of ingesting and organizing our Content initially was time consuming.

The Projects feature in SiftHub has made a big difference in how we handle RFPs. It's allowed us to collaborate while making sure our responses autofill accurately and consistently. It would be helpful to see project-level analytics and insights into the top categories of questions that are frequently asked.
