"SOP creation never been this easy with Tango!"
What do you like best about Tango?

Tango makes documenting processes so effortless. I love how it automatically captures every step I take and turns it into a clean, visual SOP in just minutes. The browser extension is intuitive, and the generated guides look professional without needing any edits. It has drastically reduced the time I spend on training materials and internal documentation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

There’s not much to dislike, but I do wish the desktop app had a few more customization options like adding company branding or templates directly within the interface. Occasionally, longer workflows need a quick review to ensure all steps are captured perfectly, but that’s easy to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tango has been my greatest module making/onboarding/training buddy"
What do you like best about Tango?

I like that it's easy to use, edit, navigate, implement, export and share with the team. I love its minimalist UI and the extension just goes straight to creating your tango. It also detects the websites you're in and adds the link to it which paves a great and easy integration. Really smooth as its name, you're ready to tango! This makes my onboarding creation and training the team especially when using a software/website/platform seamless and interactive. Its documentation feature is spot on! What do you dislike about Tango?

No dislikes. I think what it can improve on is its accuracy capturing and step details/instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How Tango helped us to make easy guides for our clients"
What do you like best about Tango?

The best thing about tango is you can create guide by just clicking the parts that you want to how, even highlighting it for us so that the people who will see our guide is guided on what to click.

Help our client to use it as a guide on how to use our sotftware so our implementation is a lot easier with this.

Help our customer support if the client is having a question on how to get some reports on the software, our support just send the guide for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

What I dislike about tango is you there is not much option for the user to edit the photo that is captured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Easiest Way to Communicate Steps Remotely"
What do you like best about Tango?

I use tango regularly to create interactive visual aids and how-to guides to help students and colleagues solve problems. The simple process of putting one together allows me to create a comprehensive guide in seconds, which I can then name, edit, and send to anyone. The best part about tango is that it will walk you through the task side-by-side, seeing both the instructions and the page you're working with at once. It is super simple to add as an extension to Google Chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

Tango does draw directly from the page you're looking at, so if it is a page with sensitive or personal information, there is not currently a tool that allows you to blur things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes onboarding new employees a breeze!"
What do you like best about Tango?

The Chrome extension makes even last minute workflow captures no problem for our team. We can develop SOPs/workflows in minutes and share them with our team via links. I appreciate the ability to quickly edit steps and keep the links updated rather than having to share the entire workflow all over again. I also appreciate the ability to add in our own screenshots and blur portions of the screen. Tango is easy to get started with, the desktop app makes it easy to include out-of-browser screenshots. I use Tango near daily when we are getting started with a new product or process. It is well received by our entire team and the Guide Me feature has reduced the amount of in-person time I have to spend training people on multistep processes. The embed link features are probably my favorite; we can put them right where our employees need to see them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

There are no downsides to using Tango. This is my third company using Tango and I will continue to ensure Tango is a part of my daily work life no matter where I work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tango Makes Workflow Documentation Simple and Visual"
What do you like best about Tango?

I really enjoy using Tango because it helps me communicate instructions clearly and effectively. The step-by-step guides are easy to create and even easier for others to follow. It saves me so much time when explaining processes or training team members. I love how organized and visual it is. It takes something that could be complicated and makes it simple and shareable.

Highly recommend it for anyone who needs to document workflows or communicate steps clearly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

At this time, I don't have any feedback to share. The tool has been excellent so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Build a document and deliver knowledge — easy peasy lemon squeezy"
What do you like best about Tango?

Tango is an app that helps me clearly show how everything works on our platform. It's incredibly easy to use, and I especially love the smart feature that lets me highlight sections with color frames — it's such an intuitive way to guide users through documentation.

The UI is clean, straightforward, and easy to follow. As a product designer, I truly appreciate how smooth, practical, and enjoyable the whole experience is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be around the Drafts section. While the drawer does show your current sections, it would be super helpful if it also included the number of drafts you're currently working on. This small detail could make it easier to pick up where you left off and stay organized when creating multiple Tango documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tango is the best took for creating SOP's"
What do you like best about Tango?

I love how easy it is to use. Just two clicks to get it started and then I can record as many steps as necessary to document a process. But the absolute best part is how easy it is to then edit or add comments to the steps. If I make a mistake during the recording, I don't have to start over, I can just remove the incorrect steps from the Tango. OR if I realize I left something out it's so easy to just quickly add an additional screen grab or note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

There are some applications that don't seem to show up very well with Tango. Specifically our CRM - for some reason when i'm trying to make a Tango using that platform it doesn't capture every step, or screen change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tango takes the load off!"
What do you like best about Tango?

Tango is easy to learn (just follow the steps). My department manages a help desk for our district. I am easily able to create a step-by-step guide to assist a caller who is struggling with a process. And then, save it and share it for the next time. It is helpful to be able to blur out identifiable information and to edit steps before finalizing the Tango. My team has been able to implement Tango and uses it regularly to demonstrate new functionality for our online system. With the extension, Tango has integrated seamlessly into my day-to-day work. Customer support is great, and there are plenty of webinars/online tutorials to assist with understanding and using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

I have only figured out how to use Tango with web pages, not other related documents/PDFs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turn Clicks into Clarity"
What do you like best about Tango?

What I like best about Tango is how it simplifies the process of creating documentation from scratch. It is incredibly helpful in building that crucial first draft just by capturing the steps as I perform them. Later, Tango's generated PDF feature lets me polish the output into a more refined, professional version, without having to start over or switch tools. Really, it is a game-changer for anyone who needs to create clear, shareable process docs quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

While Tango is a great tool for quickly capturing process flows, there are a few limitations. The editing features could be more flexible, especially when I want to reorder steps or customize screenshots beyond basic annotations. The PDF version is not perfectly aligned with our tone, so a bit of manual cleanup is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
