Time Doctors team has been steadily pushing us to move to TD2 - after spedning hours transtioning a sizable team we have found more and more issues with the platform with regards to core missing featurews that are avialble in the original version.

This has cost our company consderably, and the Time Doctor support simply advise us that they will put it on a feature request list for businesses to vote on if they add the feature. The fact is, without these features those businesses cant use your software (we've now had to moev payroll out of timedoctor as were not really wanting to move back to the old version after spending all this time). So of course nobody will vote on a feature where having it missing would prevent them from using your sofware in the first place, they would simply use your competitors. Time Doctor is an excelelnt tool for any remote company that needs a solution for tracking their employee's time worked, idle time, and other metrics.

The user interface is easy to navigate, reports and features are easy to find, and Time Doctor Support is very responsive and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure that we're taken care of.

We previously had issues where when exporting reports from Time Doctor that Time Doctor allowed the report to be exported while the data still be loaded, resulting in an incomplete export. From a user perspective, one aspect I find somewhat disappointing about Time Doctor is its limited mobile functionality. I had difficulty navigating Time Doctor's interface, especially if they were new to the platform. Its analytics and reports are intuitive. It is easy to use out of the box, and you can customize it further to best fit the work environment you wish to foster. You can turn on/off screen capture per user, set to every 3 or 15 minutes. The productive/neutral/unproductive web activity trackers are also beneficial for spotting different teams' focus time and productivity. Some of their scheduling features are low priority, and we have to upload weekly instead of being able to set a pattern /rule and then tweak as needed.
