What do you like best about TopClass?

What we like best about TopClass is its flexibility and scalability—whether for certifications, blended learning, or client-driven customizations, it consistently meets the needs of a complex, enterprise environment. It is also easy to use and straightforward to implement, which has allowed our teams and clients to adopt it quickly and confidently. Because it is core to our business, we use TopClass extensively—literally all day, every day—to deliver training and engagement at scale. The most helpful aspect is how seamlessly it integrates with our business model while supporting hundreds of thousands of users, paired with robust reporting and the world-class support we receive from the WBT Systems team. The upside of using TopClass is that it has enabled us to deliver our expertise through a best-in-class platform for more than two decades, positively impacting not only our clients but also their clients, and serving as a vital extension of our business. What do you dislike about TopClass?

While our overall experience with TopClass has been outstanding, as with any enterprise platform there can be occasional learning curves when rolling out new features or tailoring advanced customizations. At times, the breadth of functionality means it takes thoughtful planning to fully leverage everything the system offers. That said, these are minor considerations compared to the value we receive, and the support from the WBT Systems team has always ensured that challenges are quickly addressed and solutions are found. What do you like best about TopClass?

TopClass has a lot to offer. We are constantly adding new content to our LMS. Setting up products is straightforward, and the catalog features are not only visually appealing but also provide extensive marketing opportunities tailored for our association members. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional. In my search for a new LMS to replace our previous one, I thoroughly evaluated various aspects such as features and cost, but I placed significant emphasis on customer service reviews. TopClass distinguishes itself with the best customer support I have experienced across the four different LMSs I have previously set up and managed. Even when integration challenges arose, not due to TopClass itself, they proactively collaborated with our partner company to resolve the issues. Despite being an international company, TopClass consistently responds promptly, no matter the time of day I reach out for assistance. What do you dislike about TopClass?

Sometimes, I wish the enhancements were more universally applicable across all clients. While TopClass offers extensive control through super admin features, I find myself wanting even greater flexibility, particularly in the area of product naming conventions. Different clients often use varied terminologies for their products, and it would be beneficial if we could label products using our own nomenclature instead of being restricted to the default naming conventions provided. What do you like best about TopClass?

TopClass customer service is truly fantastic. They are quick to respond and very helpful. They also listen to their customers and are continuously improving the product. Their implementation team was outstanding. I feel very confident with their integration skills and am happy to work with them whenever upgrades are done.
