What do you like best about UXCam?

uxcam makes it really easy to see how users interact with our product. The session recordings and heatmaps give clear insights into where users get stuck and what they click on and how they move through the app. It helps us improve our design and fix issues faster Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UXCam?

I like the insights it provides as well as the crashes. The most important for me are the qualitative data it gathers from the user sessions.

I love the recommendations for generating quick dashboards as well as the information it recommends.

The integration is very simple and easy, as a basic integration. Also the ease of implementation was helpful for my dev team.

Customer support is AWESOME, I´ve been using the chat everytime and it provide excelent information.

I use it on my day to day basis, to gather information for my App on different countries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UXCam?

Currently my COO and I are the ones we are using and have full acces, since he is the owner he is the only one able to stop the recordings overall so we don´t exceed and get overages. What do you like best about UXCam?

As a pre-revenue startup, finding the right analyics tool that balances functionality and affordability was key for us, and UXCam has been a perfect fit. UXCam provides solid insights into user behavior and key conversion metrics. Their session replays, and funnel analytics have been invaluable for providing visibility into early user behavior, identifying pain points and optimizing our app experience to drive us towards Product Market Fit.

What sets them apart:

1. The pricing is startup-friendly, making it an great choice for teams at our stage

2. The Onboarding and setup was easy -- integration took hardly any time and we saw events firing right away without any hiccups. Key for a small team with limited resources.

What do you dislike about UXCam?

There are a few areas that could be better. For one, the depth of analytics compared to tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude isn’t as extensive, particularly when it comes to advanced event tracking and segmentation. Additionally, while the interface is user-friendly, it can sometimes feel a bit limited for more granular customizations or deeper funnel analysis. Another drawback is that the heatmaps and session replays, can take longer to load than expected and can be a bit choppy. What do you dislike about UXCam?

Would be great if we have module to visualize data as bar, chart, etc. So we can have complete set of data tools. For me currently, I use MoEngage to visual data as graph or bar charts. But in detail, I would use UXCAM to see recording to understand why Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UXCam?

It is a very useful platform for Pideky. It provides us with information about user behavior within the app and this allows us to make improvements in different aspects and increase the probability of purchase and user retention. It is very easy to use, we always have support from the Uxcam team in the construction of dashboards or funnels. What do you like best about UXCam?

I like it because to compare with other apps that i used in the past. It's a way more easier to help me interact with things that i didn't have any experience before. Data is not easy for me to track but UX Cam gave me a way to understand it easier such as Visualization, Funnels, Heatmap...etc. Especially, i truly appreaciate their customer support whenever i need or make a question via support center. What do you dislike about UXCam?

I've been thinking - it'd be really great if UX Cam could step up their AI game. Sometimes I'm swamped with work and can't go through all the session recordings. The organization and data we achieve with the dashboard, funnel, userflow quickly and effectively, in addition to the recordings that help complement all the inputs for each journey within the app. Furthermore, the support provided by the team, whether by our consultant or support, is quick and helps a lot.
