The WhatsApp API helps integration, it is easy to use and more pratical than write a custom API to integrate with WhatsApp. The WhatsApp API helps to connect with people and use systems like chatbot more easily (Custome Support) and has a good amount of features. There are a few dislikes for me

1.- You can not create you own message directly , you have to create a template .

2.- The aproving time of the template is too long , between 2 days to 2 weeks.

3.- is not free , afert 1000 interactions charges are needed

Whatsapp Api is really helpful in terms of integerating with the application and sending campaigns to the target audience. We have been using whatsapp API for a while and it has given really great results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whatsapp API has some limitations like multiple selections and replying to older messages and replying on the messages with targeted message. But with the improvement the systems are improving.
