The email feature is excellent, you can send JDs to candidates directly from the job board without opening Gmail or sending them manually. There are multiple things which I like about Tacitbase sharing which I like most:

1. AI Job-post creation: We have to just provide prompt about the role and JD is created with AI and available for your review and posting.

2. Integration with multiple job post platforms: The hassle of posting job on multiple platform is completely taken by this feature which saves lot of time.

3. Branded Career page: All Job posting at one place, helps candidates to apply the position which they are looking for and more importantly it gets saved in corresponding talent pool for easy reference at recruiter side.

4.Scheuling the interview: Scheduling an interview is 2 minutes work. The candidate details are pre-populated and just interviewer details to be added.

5. Slack Integration - Slack notification for every update related to candidate, makes it very easy to keep track of in-progress candidates

I did not find any downside or thing which I disliked about Tacitbase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Tacitbase is how it makes hiring so much easier and faster for me and my team. The automatic resume ranking is a huge time-saver, we don't have to spend hours going through resumes manually anymore. One of my favorite features is the Slack integration. Tacitbase has been a great addition to our hiring process. I'd love to see more in-depth reporting options in the analytics dashboard. The most useful feature which made my work easier is

1. The resume parser: It captures all details with just one click making the process of adding candidate to the database an easy task.

2. Creating a job Description : Whether you have the JD handy or no, the AI feature helps you create a perfect JD in just few seconds.

3. Candidate cards : It looks innovative and playful to use individual candidate cards and you can find all the details in one place. It feels like a mini box of information regarding an individual and i don't have to scroll through number of emails for that data.

The resume relevancy feature and Tacitbase's AI job posting saves my tons of time every day. I liked its simple and easy-to-understand user-oriented design. I loved its Label and member-wise filter feature, it saves a lot of time. And most importantly their support team is incredible, they will help you over email and teach you how to use tacitbase software effectively. The 1-1 session was really meaningful for me.
