"Comprehensive Security Solution with Top-Notch Performance"
What do you like best about Zscaler Internet Access?

I appreciate Zscaler Internet Access for eliminating the need for hardware-based proxies, which has significantly simplified our network infrastructure and reduced complexity. The centralized management for Internet traffic across various geographic locations has made it much easier and cost-efficient. I find the diverse features extremely valuable, from cloud scalability and bandwidth control to advanced security features like DLP, firewall, antivirus, and IPS, all integrated into a single management pane. The seamless transition with professional services was smooth, and the security dashboard provides excellent visibility into our security posture, enhancing user-based security rather than relying solely on IP addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?

I couldn't find any negative thing apart from the geographical restrictions that some geographies put on the Zscaler cloud nodes because they see quite a lot of traffic coming from the same source, public subnets. Considering that this may be malicious content, some geographies tend to block it based on their RAF rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zscaler in focus: Security at scale or complexity at cost"
What do you like best about Zscaler Internet Access?

Best thing about zcaler which i like is the ease of use and no specific need of deploying or managing appliances which makes it suitable for an organization with any type of workforce, it being remote, offsite or in office. It is also a full stack of internet security offering an ecosystem advantage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?

Worst thing about zcaler as a user is that whenever we switch from work from home to in office or change networks anytime, it takes a long time to reconnect or it simply does'nt connect to network, because of which multiple diagnostic steps has to be taken. well, in our organization data protection is very important and with Zscaler makes it possible with not much effort. also one big advantage it has is control it provides. user activity can be monitored quite clearly. this helps avoid lot of misunderstandings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?

okay so there isn't really much to say but I still got few things to point out. first is it's use. it can be a little complex for some people(at first it was for me). also I remember how hard it was initial setup. I remember my colleagues getting little frustrated. but in the end everything resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zscaler Internet Access: Seamless Cloud Security with Easy Management and Minor Setup Hurdles"
What do you like best about Zscaler Internet Access?

Zscaler Internet Access provides seamless and consistent web security for users, no matter where they connect from. I really like that it eliminates the need to backhaul Internet traffic through the data center — everything is inspected in the cloud with very low latency. The SSL inspection, URL filtering, and DLP policies are easy to manage from a single dashboard. It also gives great visibility into user activity and threats across all locations, which makes troubleshooting and compliance much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?

Sometimes users experience slight delays when switching networks. SSL decryption can break certain apps if not configured carefully, and setting up complex policies for many users takes some time initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Intuitive Security with Zscaler Internet Access"
What do you like best about Zscaler Internet Access?

I’ve used Zscaler Internet Access, and I found it very reliable. The interface is intuitive, and the security features are strong, protecting users from malware, phishing, and risky websites. Setting it up took some effort initially, but once configured, it consistently worked for both office and remote users. Integration with existing systems was smooth, and scaling up was easy. Overall, it’s a solid solution for keeping internet access secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?

I've been using Zscaler Internet Access, and overall, it's a solid cloud-based security solution. It provides robust protection against online threats and ensures consistent security policies across all users, whether they're in the office or working remotely. The setup process was straightforward, and the integration with our existing systems was smooth.

However, there have been occasional instances where internet speeds were slower than expected. This can happen due to various factors, such as network congestion, server distance, or specific configurations. While these instances were infrequent, they did require attention to ensure optimal performance.

Despite these occasional challenges, Zscaler's comprehensive security features and user-friendly interface make it a reliable choice for organizations looking to secure their internet access effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Fast, and Effortless — A Must-Have for Modern Networking Performance"
What do you like best about Zscaler Internet Access?

What I like best about Zscaler Internet Access is its ability to provide enterprise-grade security without slowing down users, regardless of where they are working. The zero-trust approach and cloud-native architecture make managing access and policies extremely simple, while the real-time threat protection and detailed analytics give complete confidence that our network and users are safe. It’s rare to find a solution that balances security, performance, and ease of use so well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Zscaler Internet Access. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that initial policy fine-tuning can take a little time, especially in complex environments with multiple user groups and applications. Once the policies are set, though, everything runs smoothly, and the platform practically manages itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zscaler Internet Access?

I like how ZIA secures our users’ Internet and SaaS traffic without needing heavy on-premises appliances. The cloud-based approach makes deployment straightforward, and the system automatically updates threat intelligence in real-time. It gives clear visibility into web usage and security events, which is very helpful for compliance and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, some legacy applications don’t work well with Zscaler’s proxy, requiring exceptions or additional configuration. The learning curve for new admins can be a bit steep, and understanding all the advanced policy options takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
