Discover NYU luggage storage

We were touring NYU, and had to go to the airport right after, and could not be dragging suitcases with us. We used the service and specifically this location because it is close to NYU and it has great reviews. I’m here to agree with previous reviewers! This experience was amazing. Professional and safe. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Nice area. Service was above standard and Iwas able to get in and out of there fast without any problems.

Easy drop off and pickup. Was worried at first to just drop off our bags but it was all good and safe. And the food there is great!

Though the store person was not aware of Bounce when we first arrived, he made a quick call and it was all seamless from there.

The bags were not kept in a secure area, in fact the area seemed open to customers and passers by. I'm sorry to say I won't use this location again.

The man who helped me was very kind and helpful. Just remember that you need locks for all your bags before you store them.

I thought the service was great. However, when I got back to pick up the bags that I left I saw that they were left in an area where the public has access to. Therefore, people in the vicinity has access ti take the bags or rummage through them. Luckily, none of my items were missed, but I wanted to point this out so that Bounce can confirm with business partners that they are placing bags in secure places.

The man helping us was super helpful and accommodating! We have no complaints and would use this service again for sure.

The person who checked me and was great and I appreciate them staying open a little bit later because I had to get my bags and honestly I was really worried about them closing exactly at five and appreciate them being open a little bit later
