Create a chart for Redis

Consider using upstream charts.

Given that we have a very specific use case for Redis, if it is not possible to configure for our use case, it is ok to create our own chart. We should reuse upstream container.

Iteration one: import from kubernetes-gitlab-demo

• Single instance

• No persistence

• MVP to functionally remove one more item from the Omnibus chart.
