Claims (5)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Separador poroso composto orgânico/inorgânico para um dispositivo eletroquímico, caracterizado por compreender:
(a) um substrato poroso tendo poros, 0 qual apresenta um tamanho de poro entre 0 ,01 e 50 μιη; e (b) uma camada ativa porosa de composto orgânico/inorgânico é formada diretamente por recobrimento de uma superfície do substrato, a camada ativa compreendendo uma mistura de partículas inorgânicas e um polímero ligante, onde as partículas inorgânicas estão presentes na mistura de partículas inorgânicas com o polímero ligante em uma quantidade de 60-99% em peso com base em 100% em peso da mistura, em que as partículas inorgânicas na camada ativa estão interconectadas entre elas mesmas e são fixadas pelo polímero ligante e permitem que volumes intersticiais sejam formados entre elas, e os volumes intersticiais entre as partículas inorgânicas formam uma estrutura de poros que permite que íons de lítio movam-se pelo mesmo, em que conforme o tamanho das partículas inorgânicas aumenta, a distância intersticial entre as partículas inorgânicas aumenta, aumentando assim o tamanho de poro. - 2. Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que as partículas inorgânicas são selecionadas pelo menos do grupo que consiste em: (a) partículas inorgânicas tendo uma constante dielétrica de 5 ou mais; e (b) partículas inorgânicas tendo condutividade de íons de lítio.
- 3. Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado pelo fato de que as partículas inorgânicas tendo uma constante dielétrica de 5 ou mais são BaTiO3, Pb(Zr,Ti)C>3 (PZT) , Pbi-xLaxZri-YTiYO3 (PLZT), Pb (Mg3Nb2/3) O3-PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) , háfnia (HfO2) , SrTiO3, SnO2, CeO2, MgO, NiO, CaO, ZnO, ZrO2, Y2O3, A12O3 ou TiO2.

Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado pelo fato de que as partículas inorgânicas tendo condutividade de íons de lítio são selecionadas pelo menos do grupo que consiste em: fosfato de lítio (Li3PC>4), fosfato de titânio de lítio (LixTiY (PO4) 3, 0<x<2, 0<y<3), fosfato dePetição 870180032900, de 23/04/2018, pág. 14/17 titânio de alumínio de lítio (LixAlYTiz (PO4) 3, 0 < x <2, 0 < y < 1,0 < z < 3), vidro tipo (LiAlTiP)xOY (0<x<4, 0<y< 13),
titanato de lantânio de lítio 1 (LixLaYTiC>3, 0<x<2, 0<y< 3), tiofosfato de germânio de lítio (LixGeYPzSw, 0<x<4, 0<y< 1, 0 < z < 1, 0 < w < 5), nitridos de lítio (LixNY, 0 < x < 4, 0 < y < 2), vidro tipo SÍS2 (LixSiySz< 0 x 3r 0 y 2, 0 < z < 4) e vidro tipo P2S5 (LixPYSz, 0<x<3, 0<y< 3, 0 < z < 7) . 5 . Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que as partículas inorgânicas têm um tamanho entre 0, 001 μιη e 10 μιη. 6 . Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o polímero ligante é selecionado pelo menos do grupo que consiste em polivinilideno fluoreto-cohexafluoropropileno, polivinilideno fluoreto-co-tricloro-etileno, polimetilmetacrilato, poliacrilonitrilo, polivinilpirrolidona, acetato de polivinil, acetato de polietileno-co-vinil, óxido de polietileno, acetato de celulose, butirato de acetato de celulose, propionato de acetato de celulose, cianoetilpululano, álcool de polivinil de cianoetila, cianoetil-celulose, cianoetilsucrose, pululano, carboximetil celulose, copolímero de acrilonitriloestireno-butadieno e poli-imida.7. Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o substrato poroso tendo poros apresenta um ponto de derretimento de 200°C ou mais.8. Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 7, caracterizado pelo fato de que o substrato poroso tendo um ponto de derretimento de 200°C ou mais é selecionado pelo menos do grupo que consiste em tereftalato de polietileno, tereftalato de polibutileno, poliéster, poli-acetal, poliamida, policarbonato, poli-imida, poli-éter-éter quetona, poli-éter sulfona, óxido de polifenileno, polifenileno sulfidro e polietileno naftaleno.9. Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de ter uma porosidade entre 5% e 95%.10. Separador, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de ter uma espessura entre 1 e 100 μιη.11. Dispositivo eletroquímico, de acordo com a reivindicação 11, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender adicionalmente um separador microporoso. 14. Dispositivo eletroquímico, de acordo com a 15 reivindicação 13, caracterizado pelo fato de que o separador microporoso ser um separador baseado em poliolefina.
