Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ディジタル・データを、ディジタルおよびアナログ機能を有し、加入者に 前記ディジタル・データのひずんだ表現であるアナログ信号を供給する電話網に 転送するエンコーダと、 前記アナログ信号に応じて、アナログ信号から前記ひずみを軽減し、前記エン コーダからオリジナル転送データの推定値を再構成するデコーダと から構成されことを特徴とする高速データ転送システム。 2.前記ひずみは、 前記電話網を前記加入者に接続する電話局からの回線上で生じる電気的ひずみ と、 前記電話網内でのD/A変換によって生じるひずみと、 前記電話網内で起こるフィルタリングのために生じるひずみのうち少なくとも 1つから構成される ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速データ転送システム。 3. 前記D/A変換は、非線形圧伸回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記 載の高速データ転送システム。 4. 前記エンコーダが、前記ディジタル・データを前記電話網に適するフォ ーマットに変換する回路から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速デ ータ転送システム。 5. 前記エンコーダが、前記アナログ信号のDC成 分を軽減する回路手段から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速デー タ転送システム。 6. 前記復号器が、前記ひずみ表現を用いて、前記復号器のパラメータを調 整するトレーニング手段から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速デ ータ転送システム。 7. 前記復号器のパラメータが、オリジナルのデータ列を前記ディジタル・ データとして用いて、初期化したり、または、更新することを特徴とする請求項 1記載の高速データ転送システム。 8. 前記復号器が、前記アナログ信号を電話システムに対応するディジタル 表現に調整するクロック同期システムから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の高速データ転送システム。 9. 請求項8記載の高速データ転送システムであって:さらに、 前記クロック同期システムは、 前記アナログ信号のサンプリング・レートの推定値を提供するクロック推定器 と、 前記推定値のエラー度を決定する遅延推定手段と、 前記クロック推定値を更新するために前記エラー度を用いる回路手段とから構 成されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の高速データ転送システム。 10. 請求項1記載の高速データ転送システムであって: 前記復号器が、 前記アナログ信号に応じて、部分補償信号を発生させる等化器と、 前記部分補償信号に応じて、前記ひずみをさらに軽減する第2の等化器と、 前記第2の等化器の出力を別の装置から生じる値の列に変換する決定手段とか ら構成されることを特徴とする高速データ転送システム。 11. 情報を前記加入者から前記エンコーダに転送する通信手段から構成さ れることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速データ転送システム。 12. 前記エンコーダが、ソース符号化手段から構成され、 前記復号器が、前記ソース符号化手段の反転から構成されることを特徴とする 請求項1記載高速データ転送システム。 13. 前記エンコーダおよび前記復号器は、一組のモデムから構成されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速データ転送システム。 14. 前記ディジタル・データが、画像を表現し、 前記推定値が、前記画像を表現することを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速デー タ転送システム。 15.ディジタル・データ・ストリームをディスクリート・セットから値の列 に変換する変換手段と、 不要な成分を前記列から除去する補償器と、 ディジタル電話網へのインタフェースと から構成されることを特徴とする高速データ転送符号化システム。 16.ディジタル・データ・ストリームをアナログ信号からリカバーする高速 データ転送復号化システムであって、 アナログ入力信号を生成する電話網へのアナログ・インタフェースと、 前記アナログ入力信号から独立クロックをリカバーするクロック回復システム と、 等化信号を生成するために、前記アナログ入力信号から不要な成分を除去する 等化手段と、 前記等化信号から、ディジタル値のストリームを形成し、前記ディジタル・デ ータ・ストリームの推定値を生成する決定手段と から構成されることを特徴とする高速データ転送復号化システム。 17.1以上のディジタル・データ・ストリームをディスクリート・セットか ら1以上の値の列に変換する変換手段と、 前記列の各々から不要な成分を除去する補償器と、 ディジタル電話網への1以上のインタフェースと から構成されることを特徴とするマルチチャネル高速データ転送符号化システム 。 18.アナログ電話回線を介して、電話システムにデ ィジタル接続を有する第1パーティから前記電話システムに接続された第2パー ティにデータを転送する方法であって、 ディジタル・データをディジタル電話網に適した形式に符号化し、 前記電話網を介して前記ディジタル・データを転送し、加入者による受信のた めに、前記ディジタル・データの少なくとも一部分をアナログ信号に変換し、 前記アナログ信号のひずみの程度を決定するため、前記電話網によって供給さ れたアナログ信号を復号化し、 オリジナル・ディジタル・データを再構成するため、前記ひずみの程度を用い 、より高速にデータを加入者に転送する ことから構成されることを特徴とする方法。 19.ディジタル値の列をそのひずんだアナログ表現から推定し、複数のユー ザが、ネットワークを介して、既存のモデムより高速に通信できるようにするシ ステムであって、 前記アナログ表現を前記列のサンプリング時間で位置揃えし、位置が揃えられ た表現を形成するクロック・シンクロナイザと、 濾波されたアナログ表現を形成するために、前記位置揃え表現と前記列間の偏 差を軽減するフィルタと、 前記濾波されたアナログ表現を用いて、ディジタル値の新しいストリームを形 成し、前記ディジタル値の列の 推定値を形成する決定手段と、 前記アナログ表現および前記ディジタル値の新ストリームに応じて、前記シス テムのパラメータを調整するトレーニング手段と から構成されることを特徴とするシステム。 20.前記データ値の列が、有限値から選択され、前記決定手段は、前記有限 値の要素の列を出力することを特徴とする請求項19記載の高速データ転送シス テム。 21.前記フィルタが、 前記アナログ表現のサンプリング・レートを推定するレート推定手段と、 前記アナログ表現の雑音成分を推定する雑音推定手段と、 前記配置表現に応じて、前記サンプリング・レートおよび前記雑音成分の関数 として計算されたパラメータを有し、前記濾波されたアナログ表現を形成する等 化手段とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項19記載のシステム。 22. 前記アナログ表現が、D/A変換を用いて、前記ディジタル値の列か ら発生されることを特徴とする請求項19記載のシステム。 23. 前記D/A変換が、非線形圧伸処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項2 2記載のシステム。 24. 前記フィルタが、適応ディジタルフィルタから構成されることを特徴 とする請求項22記載の変換シ ステム。 25.ディジタル列のサンプリング・レートを変更する変換システムであって 、 アップ・サンプルされた列を生成するために、あらかじめ決められたファクタ ーによって前記ディジタル列のサンプリング・レートを増加させるアップ・サン プラと、 濾波された列を形成するために、不要な成分を前記アップ・サンプル列から除 去するフィルタと、 前記濾波された列からサンプルを選択する選択手段と、 前記選択されたサンプルを結合し、特定のサンプルレートの新しいディジタル 列を形成する補間手段と から構成されることを特徴とする変換システム。 26.前記補間手段が、線形補間器から構成されることを特徴とする請求項2 5記載の変換システム。 27.前記選択手段が、何組かの隣接するサンプルを前記濾波された列から選 択することを特徴とする請求項25記載の変換システム。 28.前記フィルタが、遮断周波数が前記あらかじめ決められた要素によって 決定されるローパス・フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項25記載の変換シ ステム。 29.前記選択手段および前記補間手段は、独立クロックによって制御され、 前記新しい列を前記独立クロックに同期させることを特徴とする請求項25記載 の変換システム。 30.ある特定のサンプリング・レートを有するディ ジタル・データ・ストリームを異なるサンプリング・レートを有する等価データ ・ストリームに変換する方法であって、 あらかじめ決められたファクターによって前記ディジタル・ストリームをアッ プ・サンプリングし、 前記アップ・サンプルされた信号を濾波し、 サンプルを前記濾波された信号から選択し、 前記等価データ・ストリームを生成するために、前記選択されたサンプル間で 補間する ことからなる方法。
