Claims (21)
- 박편상 티타니아졸을 분무 건조시켜, 이 티타니아졸에 함유되는 박편상 티탄 산화물 입자를 접착시켜 형성한 티탄 산화물 쉘을 갖는 중공상 미분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 티탄 산화물 쉘은 0.1∼5,000 ㎛ 의 외경 (D) 과 1 ㎚∼100 ㎛ 의 두께 (T) 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공상 미분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 티탄 산화물 쉘은 두께 (T) 에 대한 외경 (D) 의 비율, 즉 D/T 가 50∼5,000 인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공상 미분말.
- 박편상 티타니아졸을 분무 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항의 중공상 미분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 박편상 티타니아졸은 5∼10,000 cP 의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 박편상 티타니아 졸은, Ti2-X/3O4 (4X/3)-(식중 X 는 0.57∼1.0) 의 조성식으로 나타내는 박편상 입자의 분산물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- Ti2-X/3O4 (4X/3)-(식중 X 는 0.57∼1.0) 의 조성식으로 나타내는 박편상 입자의 분산물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박편상 티타니아졸.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 박편상 티타니아졸은 0.5∼1㎚ 의 두께, 0.1∼30 ㎛ 의 폭 및 0.1∼30 ㎛ 의 길이를 갖는 박편상 입자의 분산물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분무 건조 단계 이후에, 100℃∼800℃ 온도에서의 열처리 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 박편상 티타니아졸은, 알칼리금속 산화물 또는 가열에 의해서 알칼리금속 산화물로 분해될 수 있는 화합물과, 티탄 산화물 또는 가열에 의해서 티탄 산화물을 생성할 수 있는 화합물을 혼합한 후 열처리하여 알칼리금속 티탄산염을 제조하는 단계; 상기 알칼리금속 티탄산염을 산수용액으로 처리하여 층상 티탄산 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 층상 티탄산 화합물을 염기성 화합물의 존재하에 액상 매체중에 분산시켜 박편상 티타니아졸을 제조하는 단계에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리금속 티탄산염을 제조하는 단계는, M2O 및 M'2O (식중 M 과 M' 는 서로 다른 종류의 알칼리금속이다) 로 나타내는 알칼리금속 산화물 또는 가열에 의해서 M2O 및 M'2O 로 분해될 수 있는 화합물을 이산화티탄 또는 가열에 의해서 이산화티탄을 생성할 수 있는 화합물과 M/M'/Ti 의 몰비가 3/1/5∼3/1/11 로 혼합한 후, 500℃∼1,100℃ 의 온도로 가열하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리금속 티탄산염은, MX[M'X/3Ti2-X/3]O4(식중 M 과 M' 는 서로 다른 종류의 알칼리금속이며, X 는 0.50∼1.0 이다) 의 조성식으로 나타내는 사방정의 층상구조를 갖는 혼합 알칼리금속 티탄산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- MX[M'X/3Ti2-X/3]O4(식중 M 과 M' 는 서로 다른 종류의 알칼리금속이며, X 는 0.50∼1.0 이다) 의 조성식으로 나타내는 사방정의 층상 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 알칼리금속 티탄산염.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 층상 티탄산 화합물은 H4X/3Ti2-X/3O4·nH2O (식중, X 는 0.50∼1.0 이며, n 은 0∼2 이다) 의 조성식으로 나타내는 사방정의 층상 구조를 갖는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- H4X/3Ti2-X/3O4·nH2O (식중, X 는 0.50∼1.0 이며, n 은 0∼2 이다) 의 조성식으로 나타내는 사방정의 층상 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 티탄산 화합물.
- 제 1 항의 중공상 미분말을 분쇄하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 박편상 티탄 산화물 분말.
