Claims (26)
- 실장기판, 광 방사 축을 형성하는 제 1 렌즈를 구비하는, 상기 실장기판 상에 배치되는 LED 디바이스, 및 상기 제 1 렌즈 상에 축방향으로 정렬되고 상기 제 1 렌즈에 적어도 부분적으로 접하고, 상기 제 1 렌즈와의 사이에 광 경로를 구축하고, 렌즈부와 그 주위의 플랜지를 구비하는 제 2 렌즈 부재를 포함하는 LED 장치로서,상기 광 경로와 정렬되는 개구를 구비하고 상기 LED 디바이스 상에 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재를 고정하는 커버; 및상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 플랜지와 상기 커버 사이의 탄성 가스켓 부재를 포함하고,상기 제 2 렌즈 부재는 동작시 상기 제 1 렌즈의 열팽창에 기인한 렌즈의 접촉에 대응하여 축방향으로 이동가능하고, 상기 커버는 상기 탄성 가스켓 부재와 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 플랜지를 상기 실장기판을 향해 가압하고, 상기 탄성 가스켓 부재는 렌즈 정렬과 상기 LED 장치의 안정성을 유지하기 위해 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 축방향 움직임을 허용하도록 축방향으로 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재를 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄성 가스켓 부재는 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 축방향 움직임을 수용하면서 상기 LED 디바이스에 관해 비바람을 막는 실을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 가스켓 부재는 가스켓인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓은 실리콘으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 가스켓은 상기 플랜지에 향해 접하는 내부 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 가스켓 부재는 상기 광 경로와 정렬된 어퍼처를 구비하고, 상기 어퍼처는 상기 렌즈부를 수용하도록 크기 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 가스켓 부재는 상기 커버와 상기 플랜지 사이에 배치되고, 상기 커버는 상기 가스켓과 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 플랜지를 상기 실장기판에 대해 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 실장기판, 광 방사 축을 형성하는 제 1 렌즈을 각각 구비하는, 상기 실장기판 상에 거리를 두고 이격되어 배치되는 복수의 LED 디바이스, 및 각각이 대응하는 상기 제 1 렌즈 상에 축방향으로 정렬되고 대응하는 상기 제 1 렌즈에 적어도 부분적으로 접하고, 대응하는 상기 제 1 렌즈와의 사이에 광 경로를 구축하고, 렌즈부와 그 주위의 플랜지를 구비하는 복수의 제 2 렌즈 부재를 포함하는 LED 장치로서,상기 광 경로와 정렬되는 개구를 구비하고 대응하는 상기 LED 디바이스 상에 각각의 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재를 고정하는 커버; 및상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 플랜지와 상기 커버 사이의 탄성 가스켓 부재를 포함하고,상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 각각은 동작시 상기 제 1 렌즈의 열팽창에 기인한 렌즈의 접촉에 대응하여 축방향으로 이동가능하고, 상기 커버는 상기 탄성 가스켓 부재와 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 각각의 플랜지를 상기 실장기판을 향해 가압하고, 상기 탄성 가스켓 부재는 렌즈 정렬과 상기 LED 장치의 안정성을 유지하기 위해 상기 제 1 렌즈의 열팽창에 기인하는 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 축방향 움직임을 허용하도록 축방향으로 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재를 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재는 각각 상기 제 1 렌즈 중 각각의 제 1 렌즈 위에 설치되는 개별적이고 분리된(discrete) 제 2 렌즈 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 탄성 가스켓 부재는 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 축방향 움직임을 수용하면서 상기 LED 디바이스 각각에 관해 비바람을 막는 실을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 가스켓 부재는 단일 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 탄성 가스겟 부재는 대응하는 상기 제 2 렌즈 부재의 렌즈부를 수용하도록 크기 조정되어 있는 어퍼처를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
