Claims (10)
- 병렬로 정렬된 복수의 굽힘가능 또는 신축성 보강섬유(26)와 내전단성(shear-resistant) 방식으로 보강섬유를 연결하는 바인더 매트릭스(28)로된 복합구조물을 포함하며 접착제(16)를 수단으로 보강될 건축성분(12)의 외면에 부착될 수 있는 콘크리트와 같이 하중을 지탱하거나 하중을 전달하는 건축성분(12)을 보강하기 위한 평면 스트립 라멜라에 있어서, 바인더 매트릭스(28)가 열가소성 수지로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 라멜라.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지의 유리전이온도가 100℃이상이고 용융점이 160℃이상임을 특징으로 하는 라멜라.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀, 비닐폴리머, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아세탈, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레탄 또는 이오노머에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 라멜라.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항중 한 항에 있어서, 보강섬유가 탄소섬유이거나 탄소섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라멜라.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항중 한 항에 있어서, 보강섬유가 아라미드섬유, 유리섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라멜라.
- 코너 엣지(24)위로 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 한 항에 따른 사전 제조되고 세로로 연장된 평면 스트립 라멜라를 건축성분(12)에 고정하는 방법에 있어서,건축성분의 코너(24)위로 적용될 중간 영역(30)에서 평면 스트립 라멜라가 열가소성 바인더의 유리전이온도 이상의 온도까지 가열되고 건축성분의 코너 또는 엣지각도에 대응하는 각도로 가열된 상태에서 구부러지고 냉각전 또는 후에 접착제층(16)을 수단으로 엣지위로 건축성분에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 라멜라를 건축성분에 적용하는 방법.
- 건축성분 표면에 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 한 항에 따른 사전 제조된 평면 스트립 라멜라를 고정하는 방법에 있어서, 자유단부를 갖는 평면 스트립 라멜라(10)가 가열된 상태에서 장력조절요소상에서 구부러지거나 연신되고 장력조절요소(36)가 서로에 대해 인장을 받고 사전 인장된 상태에서 평면 스트립 라멜라(10)가 건축성분에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 접착제를 써서 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 한 항에 따른 평면 스트립 라멜라를 고정하는 방법에 있어서, 압력과 열의 적용하에서 평면 스트립 라멜라(10)의 자유단부(34)에 파동 또는 지그재그 모양이 형성되고 라멜라(34)를 건축성분의 리세스에 삽입하는 동안 파동 또는 지그재그 부위가 접착제로 채워져서 형태에 맞는 연결이 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 접착제를 써서 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 한 항에 따른 평면스트립 라멜라를 건축성분에 고정하는 방법에 있어서, 바인더의 유리전이온도 이상의 온도까지 가열된 평면스트립 라멜라가 기둥형 건축성분 주위에 나선형으로 감기고, 감긴상태에서 실온까지 냉각되고 동시에 접착제를 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 9 항중 한 항에 있어서, 건축성분과 연결될 면으로부터 바인더(28)를 제거함으로써 보강섬유(26)가 노출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
