Claims (30)
- 샘플내 1종 이상의 피분석물을 검출하는 용도의 기재를 제조하는 방법으로서, a) 흡착제와 용출제의 배합물에 의해 한정되는 선택 조건인 2종 이상의 상이한 선택 조건에 샘플을 노출시켜 피분석물을 흡착제에 보유시키는 단계; b) 피분석물이 보유되는 1종 이상의 선택 조건에서 탈착 분광 분석에 의해 확인하는 단계; 및 c) 확인된 선택 조건의 1종 이상의 흡착제를 포함하는 기재를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 샘플내 1종 이상의 피분석물을 검출하는 용도의 기재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 확인 단계가 다수의 피분석물이 보유되는 1종 이상의 선택 조건을 확인하는 것인, 샘플내 1종 이상의 피분석물을 검출하는 용도의 기재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조 단계가 용출 조건하에 피분석물을 다중 흡착제로서 보유하는 다수의 흡착제를 포함하는 기재를 제조하는 것인, 샘플내 1종 이상의 피분석물을 검출하는 용도의 기재를 제조하는 방법.
- 샘플내 피분석물에 대한 개선된 분할도로 선택 조건을 점진적으로 확인하는 방법으로서, (a) (i) 1종 이상의 결합 특성 및 1종 이상의 용출 특성에 의해 한정되는 선택 조건인 한 세트의 선택 조건에 샘플을 노출시키고; (ii) 각 선택 조건하에 보유된 피분석물을 탈착 분광 분석에 의해 검출하며; (iii) 피분석물을 보유하는 선택 조건을 확인함으로써 샘플내 피분석물을 보유하는 선택 조건을 확인하는 단계; 및 (b) (i) 확인된 선택 조건으로부터 1종 이상의 결합 특성 또는 용출 특성을 선별하고 그것을 선택 특성 상수 세트에 첨가하고; (ii) 샘플을 변형된 세트의 선택 조건, 여기서, 변형된 세트내 각각의 선택 조건은 (1) 상수 세트내 선택 특성 및 (2) 상수 세트내에 존재하지 않는 결합 특성 또는 용출을 포함하는 것인 선택 조건에 노출시키며; (iii) 먼저 확인된 선택 조건과 비교하여 개선된 분할도로 피분석물을 보유하는 변형된 세트로부터 탈착 분광 분석에 의해 선택 조건을 확인함으로써, 피분석물에 대한 개선된 분할도로 선택 조건을 확인하는 단계를 포함하는, 샘플내 피분석물에 대한 개선된 분할도로 선택 조건을 점진적으로 확인하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계 (b)를 1회 이상 반복하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 샘플내 피분석물에 대한 개선된 분할도로 선택 조건을 점진적으로 확인하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 샘플로부터 표적 피분석물만을 보유하는 선택 조건이 확인될 때까지 단계 (b)를 반복하는 것을 포함하는, 샘플내 피분석물에 대한 개선된 분할도로 선택 조건을 점진적으로 확인하는 방법.
- 제4항의 방법에 의해 피분석물을 분할하는 것으로 확인된 선택 조건으로부터 흡착제를 포함하는 탈착 분광 분석용 기재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 흡착제와의 배합물로 용출제를 사용할 때의 지시문 또는 선택 조건으로부터 용출제를 추가로 포함하는 키트 형태인 탈착 분광 분석용 기재.
- 피분석물이 제1 및 제2 생물학적 샘플에 차등 존재하는지 여부를 측정하는 방법으로서, a) 하나 이상의 선택 조건에 대해 제1 샘플에서 피분석물에 대한 제1 보유 지도를 측정하는 단계; (b) 동일한 선택 조건에 대해 제2 샘플에서 피분석물에 대한 제2 보유 지도를 측정하는 단계; 및 c) 제1 보유 지도와 제2 보유 지도 사이의 차이를 검출하여, 보유 지도에서의 차이가 피분석물이 제1 및 제2 샘플에 차등 존재한다는 결정 기준을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 피분석물이 제1 및 제2 생물학적 샘플에 차등 존재하는지 여부를 측정하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1 생물학적 샘플이 건강한 피검체로부터 유래한 것이고, 제2 생물학적 샘플이 병리학적 상태를 겪는 피검체로부터 유래한 것인, 피분석물이 제1 및 제2 생물학적 샘플에 차등 존재하는지 여부를 측정하는 방법.

- 제19항에 있어서, 진단이 다수의 진단 마커의 검출을 포함하고, 어드레스성 위치가 복수의 진단 마커를 분할하는 흡착제를 포함하는 것인, 피검체에서 하나 이상의 진단 마커를 특징으로 하는 질병을 진단하는 방법.
- 샘플내 피분석물 검출용 키트로서, (1) 흡착제와 용출제를 포함하는 선택 조건하에 피분석물을 분할하는 흡착제를 포함하는 하나 이상의 어드레스성 위치를 포함하는 탈착 분광 분석용 기재 및 (2) 샘플을 선택 조건에 노출시키기 위한 지시문 또는 용출제를 포함하는, 샘플내 피분석물 검출용 키트.
- 제21항에 있어서, 질병의 진단용이고, 하나 이상의 피분석물이 질병에 대한 하나 이상의 진단 마커인 것인, 샘플내 피분석물 검출용 키트.
- 제22항에 있어서, 다수의 진단 마커 및 기재를 특징으로 하는 질병이 하나 이상의 진단 마커를 분할하는 흡착제를 포함하는 다수의 어드레스성 위치를 포함하는 것인, 샘플내 피분석물 검출용 키트.
- 제23항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 흡착제가 하나 이상의 진단 마커를 각각 보유하는 흡착제 종을 포함하는 다중 흡착제인, 샘플내 피분석물 검출용 키트.
- 제23항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 흡착제가 생체 중합체를 포함하지 않는 것인, 샘플내 피분석물 검출용 키트.
- 제23항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 어드레스성 위치가 진단 마커에 특이적인 리간드를 포함하는 것인, 샘플내 피분석물 검출용 키트.
- 제26항에 있어서, 리간드가 항체인, 샘플내 피분석물 검출용 키트.
- 환자 샘플로부터 얻은 병리학적 상태에 대한 다수의 진단 마커를 분할하는 하나 이상의 흡착제를 하나 이상의 어드레스성 위치에 포함하는 탈착 분광 분석용 기재.
- 제28항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 흡착제가 생체 중합체를 포함하지 않는 것인 탈착 분광 분석용 기재.
