- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측정, 선택, 확인 및 전송 단계는 상기 데이터 전송이 완료될 때까지 각 타임슬롯에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 49 항에 있어서,상기 수신기는 각 타임슬롯에서 상기 C/I 측정을 수행하며;상기 제어기는 각각의 타임슬롯에서 상기 선택된 기지국을 확인하며;상기 이동국의 상기 송신기는 각 타임슬롯에서 상기 데이터 요청 메세지를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 제 56 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 병렬 채널은 고정 데이터 속도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신기.
- 제 56 항에 있어서, 상기 이득 엘리멘트에 접속되며 월시 채널을 제공하기 위해 상기 스케일링된 채널로 파일롯과 전력 제어 버스트를 멀티플렉싱하는 멀티플렉서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신기.
