Abstract

L'invention concerne un agent à base de composés organiques obtenus à partir de micro-organismes, servant à dérouiller des surfaces métalliques présentant des oxydes de fer. Le dérouillage de pièces métalliques s'effectue généralement au moyen de bains de décapage renfermant des acides organiques et/ou inorganiques qui doivent répondre, en raison de la concentration utilisée, à des exigences de sécurité particulières et nécessitent un important investissement pour être éliminés, une fois leur capacité épuisée. Les produits liant le fer, pouvant être obtenus par voie biologique, agissent en général dans la plage neutre du pH, ce qui permet d'éviter l'apparition de sels liée à la neutralisation, nécessaire dans les autres cas, et par conséquent une contamination des eaux résiduaires. Il est possible d'effectuer un dérouillage au moyen de produits intracellulaires ou extracellulaires reproductibles qui présentent une affinité élevée avec les ions de fer. Le procédé de fabrication des agents mentionnés précédemment consiste à cultiver les cellules d'organismes appropriés dans un fluide adéquat de façon à les stimuler pour qu'elles produisent ces agents. Le traitement des pièces à dérouiller consiste à plonger les pièces dans cet agent ou à les revêtir avec celui-ci. L'immobilisation sur des supports facilitent la manipulation de ces agents et permet de récupérer les agents par un traitement approprié.
