Abstract
L'invention concerne un amplificateur (100) ayant un gain amélioré, lequel amplificateur comprend une unité (120) d'amplification haute fréquence qui comprend un transistor à effet de champ (121) composé d'un semi-conducteur composé, une unité de détection de courant (140) qui détecte un courant de grille du transistor (121), une unité de commande de polarisation (150) qui commande la polarisation de grille du transistor (121) selon le courant de grille détecté. Le semi-conducteur composé peut être, par exemple, GaAs (arséniure de gallium) ou GaN (nitrure de gallium). Par conséquent, étant donné qu'un état fonctionnel d'une unité d'amplificateur peut être vérifié par le courant de grille, il n'est pas nécessaire d'entrer une partie d'un signal RF dans l'unité (140) de détection de courant et l'unité (150) de commande de polarisation qui sont des moyens de commande de polarisation, contrairement aux façons classiques. Par conséquent, l'état d'une unité d'amplificateur peut être vérifié sans provoquer une perte de signal RF. Par conséquent, le gain de l'amplificateur (100) peut être amélioré par comparaison aux amplificateurs classiques.
