Hello! My name is Nels Beckman, I am a Phd. student in software engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. I am interested in getting involved in jRate. I have a fair amount of experience as a developper, but I don't know a huge amount about RT, even though I am currently learning. I am trying to get some experience in working with the challenges of real-time programming, and was wondering how I might be able to get involved. I have been to the source forge site, and have looked at some of your needs. If they are still up to date, I would be quite interested in - Converting the standard Java runtime library to be real-time-aware - Squashing a few known bugs, or - Porting to different operating systems and architectures Please let me know if I might be able to fit in. Thanks for you help. Nels Beckman http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~nbeckman/ |
