Bonjour Jonathan,

	jRate is currently available only on Linux. However porting it on  
Windows should not be too hard as most of the changes should be well  
contained within some of the the C++ "peer-classes" of javax.realtime.

Is jRate have the setaffininty functions for cpu dual core choice? Like sun do in the 2 version of java rts?
