Hi there, I was wondering if somebody could help me. We've been succesfully using the linux edition of Oreka for the past year on a standalone workstation. We recently decided to purchase a quad-core server for adding RAID redundancy etc. I've installed the latest SVN version of Oreka onto a Ubuntu 64bit server (latest version) and have started capturing calls, eventually I would like to migrate our existing calls over to the new server but I am noticing a difference in the Output Audio Filenaming. The old version of Orkaudio used to write filenames as YYYY/MM/DD_hh/mm/ss_IPADDRESS.wav. For example: 20090327_154500_192.168.100.210 This we found extremely helpful with tracking calls as all incoming calls would be named with the same ip address (*.210). The new version of Orkaudio outputs (according to the dev manual) as YYYY/MM/DD_hh/mm/ss_CapturePort.extension Example: 20090327_151434_UZL.wav The *_UZL means nothing to us and it doesn't appear to use the same 3 characters for the same phone/port. We were wondering if this is a change to Oreka? We've triple checked both computers' DNS settings and they're identical. If this is a change to the software would there be a way for as to change the filenaming policy back? Any help you can offer would really be appreciated. Thanks again for the wonderful piece of software. - Jan Purdue DISCLAIMER: This email is confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed. That's great that it is that easy. Just follow the procedure here: http://oreka.sourceforge.net/oreka-documentation.html#d0e135 Then rename deploy-template.xml to deploy.xml, edit it and run it as an ant script to generate war files. Hello, I have downloaded the latest SVN code, and compiled the C++ end of things. Unfortunately I do not have a java build environment. I did go through all the "install Eclipse", etc but how to create a stand-alone .war file from these is beyond me! Is there any way to get the latest binary builds of the java end of things? Robert, Just move the files over and put them back at exactly the same place if you need to have them back online. Alternatively, if you can serve them via http from the secondary location, all you have to do is to create an entry in the orkservice table with the right details. We are running version 0.6-440 of orkaudio. The drive that the recordings are on, is starting to fill up. Is it possible to archive the recordings somewhere else and still have them somewhat accessible? Thanks, Robert Birch |
