"Easy-to-Use Interface and Effective Email Warm-Up, but Limited Domain Support"
What do you like best about Mailshake?

I like the ease of use with the interface. The email warm up tool is great as well and after talking to some of my colleagues that use other email campaign programs, I believe it is effective in keeping the spam score low and leads to much higher open rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

I wish that it included the use of two domains for the base price, but that's just me being cheap haha. It honestly is pretty darn simple to use and I can't think of anything I'd like to see them change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good experience with mailshake"
What do you like best about Mailshake?

It's easy to use, practical, fast, and makes sending automated emails much easier. I also enjoy the live online sessions, where they give tips on how to write better emails, teach new users how to use the platform, and answer questions about the platform. Not to mention that customer support is super fast and accessible, and they're always innovating, such as using AI within the platform to write better emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

A/B testing can be a bit confusing, as when we try to move a contact from A to B, it always gives an error. And when we add new contacts to a campaign using an Excel contact list, sometimes some contacts are missing. For example, my list has 100 contacts, but when I import them into Mailshake, only 98 are added to the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Cold Outreach and Follow-Ups Easy to Manage"
What do you like best about Mailshake?

Mailshake takes the chaos out of outbound email. The interface is clean and intuitive, and setting up automated follow-ups is a breeze. I also love how I can track open rates, clicks, and replies without needing extra tools. It’s especially useful when running campaigns across different audiences. Their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I hit a roadblock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

The analytics are useful, but could be more in-depth—especially when optimizing large campaigns. Sometimes email deliverability feels inconsistent, even when best practices are followed. And while LinkedIn automation is a nice bonus, it doesn’t feel as polished or reliable as the core email features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailshake became my cheapest employee and also might become my best."
What do you like best about Mailshake?

I totally like, the automation of the email outreach. I don't have to monitor everything. Just set up the mails and the prospects and let's go. My work after setting all up is just collecting the leads and updating prospects. Another cool addition is, that Mailshake also finds prospects for you. I totally love it and I already have recommended it to some friends. Mailshake makes your life easier. Customer support is very helpful and very quick in solving problems. They also explain it to you in a way everyone understands. I will use Mailshake for all my email outreach campaigns. The best part of it is, that i don't send anything out, but everything is sent out from my email adress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

There is nothing i dislike. Mailshake totally filfills everything they promise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailshake helped us scale cold email outreach with clarity and control"
What do you like best about Mailshake?

Mailshake has made it incredibly easy to run and manage cold email campaigns at scale. I love the clean UI, the ability to personalize messages at scale, and the automated follow-ups based on opens, clicks, or replies. The built-in analytics help us instantly see what’s working and what needs improvement. Also, the A/B testing feature helped us refine subject lines and CTAs, improving reply rates over time. It’s been a huge time-saver for our healthcare outreach workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

There’s nothing major, but I’d love to see deeper reporting capabilities and better mobile accessibility. Occasionally, the platform can feel a bit rigid when trying to make mid-campaign changes. A few more CRM-style integrations would also be helpful for agencies managing multiple clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Many Different Ideas Possible - Handy Small Biz Toolkit"
What do you like best about Mailshake?

We only use the email function, not the phone calls. And even with only that it's an essential tool we use across many different needs like link building, pr outreach, cold sales outreach, and even HR when we need to send out a big bulk mail but can't use our newsletter system.

Right now running a cold sales outreach campaign and the value is already looking to be in the five to six figures.

I like that its reliable and still works as well as it did when we signed up years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

This is tough as its UX has not changed a lot over time, BUT that is also kinda helpful as we are not needing to always learn the new process for something (like Clickup has us doing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, reasonably priced, just what we needed!"
What do you like best about Mailshake?

I love how fast and easy it was for us to get up and going with our first email campaign. I like to jump right in and learn on the fly when implementing new things, making it up as I go along. Other platforms required too much setup and weren't nearly as intuitive. I was able to get our first campaign off the ground almost immediately. The stats are addicting to watch as emails are opened, clicked, etc. Very nice to be able to see these details so clearly for each campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

I wish there was a way within Mailshake to host images to be included with the email campaigns rather than having to use another hosting service. I would pay more for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailshake Makes Cold Outreach Surprisingly Easy"
What do you like best about Mailshake?

I’ve been using Mailshake for a few months now, and it’s completely streamlined my cold outreach process. The UI is intuitive, campaign setup is quick, and the automation features are incredibly helpful. I especially appreciate the email personalization and follow-up sequences—it saves me hours every week.

Deliverability has been solid, and I’ve seen a noticeable increase in response rates since switching to Mailshake. The built-in analytics help me fine-tune my approach and double down on what’s working. Plus, their customer support is fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Highly recommend Mailshake if you’re looking to scale your outbound efforts without the headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

While I really like Mailshake overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The reporting dashboard, while useful, can feel a bit limited at times—I’d love to see more granular data and customizable reports. Also, while integrations work well, having more native integrations (especially with CRMs) would make the workflow even smoother without relying on third-party tools like Zapier.

That said, these are relatively minor issues, and the core functionality more than makes up for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailshake is a money Making Machine!"
What do you like best about Mailshake?

I like the simplicity and deliverability of my email cadences. I have been using mailshake for 5 plus years and it has been extremely help is generation several million dollars in revenue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

The most helpful aspect is that is allows me to manage all of my campaigns in one place. The difficult thing is managing responses from non-decisionmakers whom the email was not sent to directly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
