What do you like best about Onclusive?

What I like most about Onclusive is how much easier it makes tracking and reporting earned media coverage. Before using the platform, I relied on Google Alerts, which often missed mentions or lacked detail. Onclusive allows me to monitor media coverage more accurately and consistently, which has significantly improved the quality of my monthly reports to leadership. I am able to show the audience reach and dollar value of our messaging, which not only demonstrates the impact of our marketing efforts but also reinforces the value of my role. What do you dislike about Onclusive?

One downside to Onclusive is that it doesn’t track radio mentions as I initially expected.** This has made it difficult to provide a fully accurate report of our monthly earned media to leadership, especially since we have several PSAs running on local radio stations. What do you like best about Onclusive?

Onclusive's Critical Mention is helpful for daily media monitoring, providing useful reminders and alerts about press mentions and keywords. It reliably tracks coverage across traditional media channels, which made it easy to stay informed about relevant topics. Customer support was responsive and helpful whenever we needed to update billing or had questions about queries, which made resolving issues smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onclusive?

The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it harder to navigate than other tools. Social media monitoring is very limited, for example, I had to log into Facebook each time to access posts, and it doesn’t integrate smoothly with other platforms. Searching often had to be done manually, and despite the high price, it didn’t deliver as many features as expected.
