What do you like best about OnBase?

Ease of use, ease of administration, the capabilities (if leveraged). Great community and responsive support. We are new to the product and are still flexing our wings and OnBase's as well. What do you dislike about OnBase?

Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate the different offerings to know what is included in "packages" and what are bolt-ons. There is a cost involved. What do you like best about OnBase?

The user friendliness is truly what shines. The low code solutions for complex processes are impressive and will make tackling our designated project pretty seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnBase?

So far, I have not had my hands on our system on prem, but from the conference and training there have not been a lot of issues. I think having multiple clients can be a little bit confusing to new users, but once you are used to it, it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnBase?

There is nothing I dislike. There are features I wish we had and one being, the ability to text students from OnBase. We have comments/responses set up and the student gets an email, but we'd love to be able to fire off a text. We love OB though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnBase?

Some of the limitations on indexing, and the Citrix environment for our cloud based solution. (How many times can I repeat how much I dislike the Citrix Virtual Interface as an admin?) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnBase?

The ability to streamline processes from ingesting emails, to auto indexing documents, and then passing necessary documents into a workflow for users to act on. We are also able to have actions send notifications and emails to other departments to reduce the amount of time users have to switch between systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnBase?

It would be nice if OCR could capture data without storing it as a keyword on the document. It would be nice if it could just write the data to a database table linked by the docid so that we could reference the values when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnBase?

OnBase can go great things when configured correctly. I've seen so many processes streamlined and optimized and how much it helps workers. One of the processes I built in the past was so amazing the person I created it for literally cried tears of happiness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnBase?

Honestly I don't have anything that comes to mind currrently. I have not run into any big roadblocks in OnBase configuring solutions that stick out in my mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OnBase is able to store all of our information and streamline a lot of our business processes. It is very customizable and is able to handle a myriad of situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve is pretty steep with getting everything setup with documents and workflows. Hyland does provide ample training to help with this though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
