Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate the different offerings to know what is included in "packages" and what are bolt-ons. There is a cost involved. The ability to streamline processes from ingesting emails, to auto indexing documents, and then passing necessary documents into a workflow for users to act on. It would be nice if OCR could capture data without storing it as a keyword on the document. It would be nice if it could just write the data to a database table linked by the docid so that we could reference the values when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OnBase can go great things when configured correctly. I've seen so many processes streamlined and optimized and how much it helps workers.
