What do you like best about OpenText Communications?

I have started working in Customer Communication in HTML design and migrated to OpenText Exstream. In this, Design and workflow setup is useful. Also easy to design responsive emails compared to HTML Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Communications?

Still few limitations are there like Importing documents like word into design, font issue while copy-paste from business documents, etc which need to be handled efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
