The Product team at Airship has been very proactive in engaging with us and gathering product improvement ideas. They are responsive, open to feedback, and eager to collaborate. The Email team in particular stands out as fantastic—genuinely interested in solving problems, improving the product, and making sure it meets our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working with Airship is mostly inefficient and time-consuming. The tool is unintuitive, with poor UX/UI, frequent errors, and long delays (e.g., test emails taking up to 15 minutes, segmentation loading very slowly). Multichannel retargeting is practically non-existent, making it difficult to run integrated campaigns. Many processes require workarounds, and nothing feels smooth or reliable. Support ticket resolutions can take days or weeks, and for complex issues the recommendation is often to hire a TAM—despite the tool itself not functioning properly. Overall, it makes even simple tasks unnecessarily difficult and wastes significant time.
