I love how simple and intuitive Ambassador is to use. Setting up our referral campaigns was quick, and the customization options let us match everything to our brand. While Ambassador is a strong platform overall, we’d love to see more out-of-the-box integrations to reduce the need for custom development. Additionally, certain features could be more streamlined—such as the ability to quickly delete contacts individually, rather than having to upload a CSV file for bulk removals. Honestly, just how easy it was to get set up. I'm not super techy, but still managed to figure most of it out without needing a ton of support.
