What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Love the fact that I no longer need to log my emails into CRM. Cirrus does it all for me.Cirrus Insight syncs your emails when it's connected to both of your CRM and Outlook account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Sometimes it may log to the contact opposed to the opportunity.A disconnect can happen when you change either your CRM or Outlook passwords- so be sure to sync after password changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used Cirrus for a year, renewing it twice. I experienced technical issues for 2+ months each time, but Blayne Owens, my Cirrus representative, ignored my requests to extend my renewal date to compensate for lost time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
