What do you like best about Claap?

I liked day-to-day life features like meeting recording, screen recording, audio transcription, writing emails. Claap has provided all these features in a single software. It has helped me to reduce my repeating efforts and focus more on my tasks. It has helped me to increase my productivity. It’s AI feature is best for writing follow up emails, audio transcription during meetings and getting notes after that. It is very easy to use and its implementation is very simple. What do you dislike about Claap?

The main thing I disliked is that it’s AI features are sometimes buggy as they would not provide me correct output as expected while doing transcription. I am getting mixed output of different people when they are talking at same time. Also, it’s price is somewhat on higher end against the features that it is providing. I use it for customer support and sales outreach. I prefer sending a quick video, rather than a long, dry email explaining my complex solution. People really like this option. I liked how quickly I was able to record and share a screen walkthrough without needing to set up a call. The AI summary and transcript were generated in seconds, which made it easy to skim instead of watching the whole recording. I use Claap for project meetings and client calls as my daily driver because its very easy to use and integrate. It records everything, gives me a proper summary of the meeting, and highlights the key points with action items. If I forget something, I can just go back and search the recording. Sometimes it misses on the information, especially if the speaker is talking in the local language. It also fails to capture the emotion of the speaker and the tone in which they conveyed the message. You need to go through the meeting in that case for manual review.
