The learning curve is certainly there, particularly if you're attempting to do sophisticated logic or draw in information from multiple related records. The best thing i liked about is how easy it is to create a solution, customaize it using tonnes of parameters provided out of the box. It is so simple yet so powerful. From template creation to data merge to final delivery the whole process is easy to understand both for end users as well as for admins who are designing these solutions. the UI/UX is great and intuitive.

The customer support has been top notch. they are very responsive and able to understand your problem in first attempt without lot of back and forth.

No matter how big your documents are conga composer is able to handle whatever you throw at it and the latency is superb.
