What do you like best about Conga Composer?

I love the query builder, and the ability to use a local template in Conga to test your queries - even though you can test the query directly, using sample record ids to populate the data. Additionally, of all the vendors that I deal with, Conga Support is one of, if not, the most responsive to needs, and quick to resolve any issues (usually my understanding of Conga!) What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

What do you like best about Conga Composer?

What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have to create and genrate multiple Templates for multiple regions. It is too difficult to create all the Templates manually. For solving this issue we are using Conga Composer. Conga Composer generate the templates as per the data in the Salesforce records and can be modified and generated multiple times and can also edit the template which suits our outcomes. "Best Integration and report generation with Conga Composer"

What do you like best about Conga Composer?

It is very easy to integrate any external application with Conga Composer using the Setup application. This tool provides detailed steps and step-by-step guide for integrating external applications like Adobe Sign, Google Drive and others. Additionally, it's usage dashboard feature allows us to generate a comprehensive report on our Composer usage while proves to be beneficial for internal analysis. What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

The time it takes for the dashboard to generate a report with large data and due to which the wait time increases. I find that Composer is unable to capture integration errors with detailed information which makes debugging issues a complex task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seamless integration allows us to connect multiple external and internal applications. Out of the box reports that Composer provides helps retrieve our report data by creating custom reports which saves time. What do you like best about Conga Composer?

Conga Composer is one of the easiest Dynamic pdf generating platform. It has the capability to get the data from Salesforce as well as External data sources. What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

While integrating with external data sources the Authentication types are very limited. It does not support oAuth at all while most of the external APIs are authenticated with oAuth. "Easy and Robust Document Creation Capabilities"

What do you like best about Conga Composer?

Conga Composer is easy to use and implement. Their customer service has been fantastic and very responsive, I can't say enough good things about them. Anytime I encountered an issue they were quick to help me resolve it. We started slow with using Conga since our initial use case was limited but has since expanded and our team is now using it more frequently. What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

What I like about Conga Composer is its capability to merge and collect different document formats within a single document which helps us to create a professional document very easily. What I dislike is that configuring these external integrations is complex and getting the integration token and authenticating it takes a lot of time. With the help of Conga Composer, we can store our generated documents outside of Salesforce in external storage, which helps us track and manage our documents very easily.
