"Coralogix Game Changer Logging Tool"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

I really liked using the coralogix because it was very easy to find the releavant logs by putting some easy query and it has got pagerduty integration also as well. Whenever there was any issue it was easy to contact them and they shared a fair response. It was easy to implement, I used very frequently to debug whenever I had any live issue or pd alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

Sometimes it was keeping the duplicate logs and it was redundant and using double tokens for some service, we couldn't find why exactly it was happening, otherwise rest was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User Sessions and Web Vitals helped us in UX insights and UI Bugs"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

I am using Coralogix for last 6 Months. We are using RUM, user sessions and web vitals in our multi page react application. RUM has helped us in understanding real time user behaviour and experience.

By far this is my favourite part of Coralogix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

I still have to find any issue with Coralogix. They even have features I didn't knew I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable observability platform with quick support"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

Coralogix provides excellent monitoring and alerting capabilities. The integration with Slack and PagerDuty ensures we never miss critical issues. The best part is the quick and responsive support from the Coralogix team over chat — issues get resolved almost instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

1. Currently, it’s difficult to bulk edit alerts (for example, adding or removing a label across multiple alerts at once). Having this feature would make managing large alert sets much more efficient.

2. Sometimes it takes time to reload page, looks like it hanged.

3. More features needed in Alerts section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Platform with Real-Time Insights & Smart Cost Control"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

Coralogix offers an exceptionally fast and intuitive platform for logs, metrics, and traces. We ingest ~500 GB of logs per day across 200+ microservices running in AWS EKS, and their real‑time indexing and alerting engine surfaces anomalies in under 5 seconds. The ML‑based anomaly detection has flagged two production incidents in the past quarter before our clients noticed any degradation. The TCO Optimizer lets us tier older logs into archival storage without sacrificing searchability, reducing our observability bill by over 30 % in six months. Integration with AWS CloudWatch, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Slack was seamless, and dashboards can be fully customized with drill‑down filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

The learning curve for advanced features—custom parsing pipelines, data enrichment rules and the REST API—can be steep. The documentation often covers basic use cases well but lacks deeper, end‑to‑end examples for non‑standard workflows (e.g. parsing syslog from third‑party firewalls). The mobile app is functional for on‑call alert acknowledgments but doesn’t support building or editing dashboards on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

Extracting the data can be done in only one format that can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup and Robust Security Insights"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

I love how easy the setup of Coralogix was, with numerous integrations for various data sources and extensions that provide out-of-the-box rules for data analysis. The great visibility it offers about security issues in my environment is invaluable. I appreciate the ability to consolidate all security controls under one dashboard, making analysis efficient. The dashboards themselves are excellent, and the alert options are extremely useful. I value the comprehensive security rules that cover a wide range of scenarios, which are crucial for my company. The integrations with other software are impressive, very easy, efficient, and proactive. Coralogix works fast and agile, which makes it a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Full of heavy insights customization features.

The log parsing and categorization features are robust, automatically enriching raw log data into structured format.

The live tail feature is awesome for real-time monitoring and debugging live prod issue instantly.

Cost effective product comparing with competitors.

The overall user experience is clean, modern, and user-friendly.

Their customer support team is highly knowledgeable and responsive.

A goto tool for begginers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Greate apps to handle logs, metrics and trace."
What do you like best about Coralogix?

Easy to search logs and filtering based on the application level make it easier to check on any issue. The alert also very easy to setup. i also easily integrate it with slack to push alert notification. this really improved observability in daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Insightful Log Analytics Platform"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

Coralogix offers real-time insights with a powerful query interface, intuitive dashboards, and excellent visualization tools. The platform is fast, reliable, and highly customizable. Its machine learning-powered anomaly detection and dynamic alerting significantly reduce noise and improve incident response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

The learning curve can be a bit steep initially, especially for users unfamiliar with structured queries or logging concepts. Pricing can also become a concern at scale if not managed well. Some advanced features may require better documentation for quicker onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Acceptable but lacking"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

very snappy and comprehensive about what we can do query-wise, even if the queries are not that optimised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

no options to view log streams in plain text, sometimes unstructured logs are needed.

the main logs window is smaller than the rest of clutter which should automatically collapse

cant name a perma log and add to bookmark intuitively. like service-abc-issue-x logs at end would help

automatically recognize log fields, main content column width is same as timestamp, which is not as useful

user based hint prompts to use the platform better. like if it notices me take a clunkier route to do a thing, suggest better way, or nudge me towards features that are useful but im not using. like "hey! try using fast mode" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
