FullStory is a powerful tool for product managers to be able to understand who is using their SaaS platform and how. You can build segments, along with metrics off of those segments, funnels, retention charts, etc. I really like how you can customize the naming of pages and elements to make the platform easier to work with. The best part of the experience for me, however, has been the excellent customer support we've received. While the application is intuitive, there are a lot of hidden tricks and tips. Whenever I go to my support team with the question I'm trying to answer, they do everything they can to help me answer that question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any application of the sort, there will always be a few things that don't work the way you'd like for them to. In my case one example is retention charts. If a user returns within a single day, it's counted a a retention event even if I'm only interested in if they come back later. All of my issues are nits such as that. They're responsive in finding work arounds and submitting requests to their product team, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
