"Best tool not only for whistleblowing"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

We were looking for a tool that could help us with internal whistleblowing process that would be easy to implement and for a decent price.

Once talking to customer support we realized that we can use it also as an external anonymous survey tool. To have real feedback from our customers is essential for our business. What do you like best about FaceUp?

We've recently started using FaceUp and have been impressed by how thoughtfully designed the platform is. The intuitive interface and timely notifications make it easy for the right stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and HR to stay aligned and responsive when addressing team member submissions.

As a mid-sized custom apparel company with a distributed team, having a clear and efficient system in place is essential. FaceUp is already helping us streamline internal coordination, and we look forward to building on this foundation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

We’re still early in our adoption of FaceUp, so we haven’t run into significant downsides yet. We did have a team member select an incorrect business area which impacts reporting, so I'm not sure if the inability to change that is a knowledge gap on our side, or something that could be improved. "FaceUP is a simple tool effective confidential tool which our staff trust for anonymous reporting"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

Simple to use and web-based. The system is very convenient and our staff are able to use the tool without any issues. Very rarely do we receive any feedback that the tool is hard to navigate. The web-based allows us to have information/feedback in real time and staff use the tool on a regular basis so it is well received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

I really like that FaceUp keeps getting better. The updates make it even easier to use, and I love the new options to adjust the whistleblowing form to our needs. What do you like best about FaceUp?
