Feedonomics is very straightforward to use and was easy to implement into our workflow. I use it daily, and it’s become an essential part of how I manage and optimize feeds. The platform offers a wide range of features that make exporting and managing data simple, and we recently added more integrations/exports to improve our PIM system. The transition from our PIM integration to FDX was completed quickly and efficiently, which had a noticeable impact on speed and performance. Most of all, their 24/7 customer support team is outstanding—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to walk through issues until they’re resolved. I don’t really have a dislike, but I do see an opportunity for improvement around ticket management. Since I rely on the platform daily, it would be helpful if ticket statuses provided more detailed visibility—for example, showing if the assigned specialist is actively working on it or currently outside their working hours. Because my schedule doesn’t always overlap with theirs, I sometimes have to wait until the next day for updates.
