What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo is a fantastic platform for showcasing our customers' experiences. It's easy to use, and our account manager, Ollie Bond, is excellent - personable, helpful and proactive in ensuring we get the most out of the platform. Being able to share reviews on our social media channels helps highlight our great customer service. All in all, it's a great way to make it easier for potential customers to see why switching to Northern Energy gas is the right choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

Uploading 'Multiple Sales' usually takes at least a couple of attempts. When downloading the template and adding in my data, it won't upload the first time, but almost always takes further attempts, which is frustrating and time-wasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feefo?

There's plenty to like about Feefo - verified customer reviews, service and product reviews in one email so you build up more product reviews (important for Google Shopping), easy to use interface, good choice of widgets. What sealed the deal for us was being able to add Treefo - it's great to know that we can contribute positively to the environment in this way. The onboarding team were great and when we hit a never-before-seen technical glitch, they stayed with it until it was resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

Still finding my way around the dashboard and reports. Our main challenge has been choosing the right widget - at the moment, the widget we're using is making each product page look like a Feefo page as we've inadvertently chosen a widget that displays every review. Compliance and moderation: Feefo take pride in their operational processes of ensuring that as a business we're surfacing fair, clear and honest reviews to our consumers

Technical support: if we need to dig into any data to understand insights or we feel there's an opportunity to improve our product capabilities, Feefo are approachable and collaborative in their approach to helping us to implement that

There have been instances where within our technical partnership support team, it has taken a little longer than our usual SLAs to close tickets where there's been a customer issue. However it's important to acknowledge that on flagging that with Feefo, they've been proactive in aligning on a better process moving forward. We also have monthly operational catch ups which I find really useful and help us to address any issues collaboratively between our company and Feefo so that they can be resolved quickly. What do you like best about Feefo?

I find Feefo easy to work with, the syndication of products is very reliable, and on the whole, it works seamlessly. The support team are responsive, and the account management and directors are friendly and eager to please.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

As mentioned the platform and reports are very basic and cluncky. Areas for improvement would be to provide recommendations and optimisation suggestions, as to which there are none. Introduction, to AI within responses or review display would be very welcome.

There have also been a few feed or processing which have always been self-identified, so no alerts for unusual activity are in place or account knowledge/management from the team. These issues were always very slow to be resolved with myself identifying the how the issue could be solved. Quarterly reviews were always last-minute slide presentations put together with little account knowledge and more of a sales pitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to Use: The platform is intuitive, with setup and day-to-day use being smooth and straightforward.

Excellent Customer Support: Feefo’s team are consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
