"An all-in-one, powerful platform for interaction and content management"
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

I particularly love the built-in SEO tools and statistics, which allow us to monitor outcomes and continually improve our strategy. I enjoy how user-friendly the platform is, especially for team members who aren't particularly technical. Integrations with CRM and marketing automation save time and help us to maintain campaign consistency across email, blogs, and landing sites. I particularly love the built-in SEO tools and statistics, which allow us to track outcomes and continually improve our strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Even though it has a lot of features, some parts might use more personalization. For instance, as compared to stand-alone design tools, the design versatility of landing pages and templates might occasionally feel a little constrained. Furthermore, when you grow, the cost may increase, particularly for smaller groups or companies that don't utilize all the features. Although there is a learning curve to fully utilize advanced analytics, the reporting dashboards are robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome tool for tracking marketing activities."
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

HubSpot Content Hub offers effective tools that allow us to track the progress of our content marketing campaigns in a single location. This all-in-one, AI-powered app has been instrumental in our marketing success, and we have truly enjoyed using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Overall, the tool is excellent and enjoyable to use, but the sheer number of features can be overwhelming for new users. I believe HubSpot should provide comprehensive learning materials or courses to help newcomers become familiar with the tool more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great all-in-one platform!"
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

All-in-one platform: It brings blogs, landing pages, email, and social into one place, so we don’t need to juggle multiple tools.

Content & SEO strategy tools: The topic cluster and SEO recommendations help us plan content that actually ranks and drives organic traffic.

User-friendly editor: The drag-and-drop editor and templates make it easy for non-tech users to create content without needing developers.

Integration with CRM & automation: Content directly ties into lead nurturing, workflows, and reporting, so we can clearly see how blogs or landing pages impact conversions.

Analytics & reporting: We can track performance of each content piece in real time, measure ROI, and adjust quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Learning curve: For new users, it can feel overwhelming with so many features tbh...

Limited design flexibility: The drag-and-drop editor is great, but fully custom designs sometimes require a developer.

Cost: Pricing can be high compared to standalone CMS tools, especially if you’re a smaller agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Created a high-quality sample web page and tracked partner engagement in one workflow"
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

As someone working in demand management and key account handling, I need tools that reduce friction between creating content and acting on it. HubSpot Content Hub did exactly that. The AI web page builder helped me create a curated marketplace sample page in minutes. I just entered a few prompts about what the page should showcase and it delivered a clean, professional layout that I could use as a base. This saved me hours I would’ve spent coordinating with a designer.

The real value came after that. I linked the page with HubSpot’s CRM which allowed me to track engagement from our DSP and SSP partners directly. I could see who visited, how long they stayed, and what they clicked. This context helped me follow up more effectively and tailor discussions based on what actually interested them. It also gave our internal teams more visibility into how partners were responding to what we built.

Features like drag-and-drop editing, smart content blocks based on visitor attributes, and real-time lead alerts were especially useful. The CRM tie-in made it feel like less of a handoff between marketing and business operations and more like a connected flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Design customization still feels a bit rigid. If you want to move beyond what the templates offer, it takes extra steps that are not always intuitive. Also, when handling multiple content types or versions of the same asset, organizing and locating them isn’t as smooth as it could be. A more structured content repository or better search functionality would improve the workflow, especially when working with multiple teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and intuitive platform for managing and scaling content"
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

HubSpot Content Hub offers a seamless and intuitive way to create, manage, and distribute content across channels. The native integration with other HubSpot Hubs (like Marketing and CRM) makes it easy to go from idea to publication and reporting. The content editor is user-friendly, SEO recommendations are built-in, and setting up A/B testing is straightforward. I especially like the ability to store and organize assets in a central library and personalize content delivery via email, blog, or landing pages. It’s a great all-in-one solution for content marketers looking to scale efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

While the overall experience is excellent, the UI can occasionally lag when managing larger content volumes or more complex workflows. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be a surprise if you’re not fully aware of the pricing structure. Additionally, managing multilingual content still requires some manual effort and could be optimized further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful for planning content and staying organized as a solo social media manager"
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

What I like most is how clean and intuitive the interface is. It makes it really easy to visualize upcoming content and keep my planning organized, especially when managing content in two languages for different audiences. It speeds up my workflow and feels like a reliable support tool in my daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Some features feel a bit too enterprise-focused for a small remote team like mine. I don’t use most of the deeper analytics or CRM tools, and sometimes the mobile experience can be a bit sluggish or limited when I’m switching between tasks on the go. It also takes a while to really understand what features are worth using versus which ones I can ignore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of its primary advantages is the seamless integration with the other HubSpot Platform Hubs. It provides robust and accurate AI support, helping you create and remix your content quickly and easily. As we are developing websites on HubSpot CMS, the additional functionalities of the Content Hub complement each other perfectly. It's easy and intuitive to use, and the HubSpot Support is known for quality and timely help with problem-solving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to enable teams in the age of AI"
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

Content Hub has a ton of great features to help teams create and build webpages more easily. Their new AI tools like content remix make building full campaigns really impactful and scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Although support is always available, the support team relies heavily on the HubSpot Academy (Which is available through any HubSpot question Google search). Before I reach out to support, I Google my question as well, it can be frustrating to have the same article I just read that did not solve my problem sent back to me.
