What do you like best about hireEZ?

HireEZ makes outbound sourcing faster, more targeted, and easier to scale. It lets us go beyond LinkedIn’s 3rd-degree limits and access rich candidate profiles across multiple public platforms. The email sequencing feature is a big win — we can engage passive candidates with personalized messages, send emails on behalf of hiring managers, and track engagement directly in the platform. What do you dislike about hireEZ?

Campaign management could be more user-friendly. When running multiple roles, making bulk edits or switching between sequences can feel clunky. What do you like best about hireEZ?

HireEZ has honestly been one of the most efficient sourcing tools I’ve worked with. It’s really easy to navigate, even for someone using it for the first time. The login process is smooth, and the layout is very intuitive — everything is right where you’d expect it to be. One of the standout features is how quickly and accurately it pulls both official and personal contact details, including emails and phone numbers. It saves a lot of time during the outreach phase, especially when dealing with hard-to-reach candidates. Another thing I really appreciate is how easy it makes the overall sourcing process. The filters are spot on, and the search results are generally very relevant. It helps me find the right profiles without having to dig through irrelevant data. Overall, HireEZ has made my daily sourcing tasks faster and more productive. It’s definitely a go-to platform for sourcing quality candidates efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hireEZ?

What do you like best about hireEZ?

I use hireEZ every day to find passive candidates way beyond LinkedIn. The best part is how easily I can get personal emails and phone numbers, saving me hours of digging for contact info. I also love the email campaigns—it’s so convenient to send outreach and track replies without leaving the platform. Integrating to my ATS and email are also easy and lets me keep my data where it needs to be. What do you dislike about hireEZ?

What do you like best about hireEZ?

I love the seamless integration with Crelate - exporting is easy & to the point, syncing/being able to see into my ATS without leaving the HireEZ platform is priceless. their contact information for folks is also superb in my opinion. I use HireEZ for email marketing campaigns instead of our ATS because it is so easy and the ability to do things like send on another's behalf works really well. I also use it for sourcing and find the filters, exclusions, booleans options within fields etc is extremely helpful. I like the option to import from a CSV. And the recent integration with LinkedIn Recruiter so that I can see when LIM have been sent is also useful and appreciated -definitely a time saver Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hireEZ?

I wish you could organize alphabetically or other ways within stages. I like being able to organize by recent adds/old adds but being able to have it match up exactly with other alphabetical platforms like LIR or my ATS would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about hireEZ?

I like HireEZ as it can show candidates based on my criteria and narrow my sourcing with the best list. I can easily get contact information because I can access it there. Also, it has a new feature which is their AI bot and SmartHireEZ that suggest qualified candidates which I skipped from my sourcing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hireEZ?

The contact information sometimes show inaccurate email addresses and phone numbers. I am not sure how it works but I would suggest their team should check its reliability on the suggested contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about hireEZ?

The ability to uncover candidate personal contact information. Also, the drip campaigns have been excellent. I love that it is integrated with our ATS and we can upload profiles directly into reqs.
