What do you like best about iManage Work?

It has gotten a lot better, the Versions panel is cleaner, search is much smarter, and the My Documents tab shows way more of your files. Also, ask iManage now can summarize stuff, pull out timelines, and even handle big sets of documents faster with improved OCR. Basically, it’s quicker, easier, and a lot more helpful day to day. What do you dislike about iManage Work?

iManage Work is great, but there’s room to grow. It can still lag a bit on really large matters, the app could be smoother, and some parts of the interface feel a little outdated compared to the newer features. What do you dislike about iManage Work?

The current version of iManage IMCC is outdated and no longer meets the evolving needs of our legal and IT teams. It lacks the flexibility found in newer tools. Its limited functionality can create bottlenecks, especially as our workflows become more complex. Upgrading or replacing IMCC would make it easier for IT to perform admin level tasks.
