The abilities Lytho has to customize forms, templates, work groups and tasks, to cater to the unique needs of my team's creative workflow is stellar and helps to make our projects run more efficeint.

Ease of use is a plus, especially for the end user to view proofs and submit projects requests. Customer Support team is also extremely helpful and hands on with urgency to answer questions, trouble shoot issues and set up functionality needed for projects.

The Implementation and pre-launch with setup and onboarding of the platform was top notch. Stefanie Hausner was very thorough with training and assitance to walk through process of building out the platform for my team and being on hand to help where ever needed during our launch out to our full marketing team.

Post launch with Travis Reese has also been wonderful with montly calls to discuss any topics needed, answer questions, provide resolutions to issues, and keeping us aware of new features that can help take our workings with the platform to a higher level.

New Features released that roll out have been good additions to the platform, one of my favorite and most used is Change Orders, it has been a game changer for project updates when needed after an initial request has been accepted.

The creative proofing feature is amazing with the side by side view of proof versions. It provides a great visual and easy access for cross reference of edits being made from one version to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lytho's ability to integrate with other systems is limited. It would be great for Lytho to integrate with Microsft Office for Teams and and Outlook to further connect tasks and communication between the to to translate and make for seamless communication and b able to turn emails and messages into actionable tasks within Lytho projects.

There is a current wish list that has been logged and submitted for review and possible accommodations to unveil with time if feasible. While there has been many new features that are resourceful to my workflow, some of the high level wish list items are still on hold.

The ability to automate more of the task actions would be helpful epsecially with numerous forms and templates created and used within my team's project. A good bit of actions from myslef as the admin and project manager is still manual and does take time.

The ability to be able to tweak forms once the support team has created functionality, it would be helpful for the admin to be able to make tweaks in specific ares of form where needed to allow for quck updates from our end versus having to put in a new request. I love the customizability of the workflow - from the different view styles to the filters to sort project status and assignees. It makes it super easy to get a glance at the workload and where everything is at in terms of status for both individuals and as a team. It's been my favorite project management system I've used in my career and can be used either as a simple task management tool or in more complex ways to run reports on everything going on in the team. There are times when there are minor inconviences with slight bugs, etc. (although to their credit, they tend to be very open to hearing and fixing issues, suggestions, and improvements for the product). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I find most helpful about using Lytho Creative workflow it the ability to have my workflow in one place. CUrrently my company does not have a standard way to review art so we are using a multitude of things to move art around for approval. With Lytho once the art is submitted all the reviews and comments are available for all the stakeholders to access without my involvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things that I wish was available in Lytho is a text compare tool. Most of our files are about 70% text heavy so it will be great to click a button and be able to compare the text to find any changes verses having to read multiple documents word for word to find any changes. After using it for years with the upgrade that occured, for the most part it is a very effective tool. We can easily upload documents that we need to have all eyes on for reviewing in one place. It's been a great tool to collaborate on with my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the past we were able to upload supporting documents that didn't need to be reviewed, but were good references for reviewers. Now we have to load those in as a comment after the piece is routed, so this is just not as efficient as it used to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lytho allows me to customize my view, so I can quickly gage where projects are. The ability to export reports for compliance purposes make our auditing process seamless. Lytho truly creates efficiencies from request through delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lytho makes tracking projects a breeze. The software is very intuitive and has the versatility to meet the needs of projects of all sizes. Lytho's easy reporting also provides you with clear visibility and insight into your work trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no way to set up recurring work tasks or projects beyond repeatedly coppying them, leaving us to rely on other methods to track recurring tasks outside of Lytho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lytho allows stakeholders to capture every detail in a single place for the designer to reference in creating product. This has dramatically decreased error rates and has increased efficiency for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only real hiccup has been a lack of a seamless way to export the project list as an Excel or other spreadsheet (which those non-creatives really like!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I struggle with the search function and filters sometimes. Like it can be a little tricky to find old projects and proofs with the search function sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a designer, it's really easy to post assets for review and collect feedback from our stakeholders. My team's entire process is setup in the Lytho Workflow, which means that I basically live in the system and it's where I review and recieve all of my projects and information. I love that every member of my team - from design, to editorial, project managers, marketing stakeholders - all can have a role and utilize Lytho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't encountered any big downsides - like I said previously it really does cater to everyone through our creative process. Although as a visual person I would love to see thumbnails for projects become available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
