The abilities Lytho has to customize forms, templates, work groups and tasks, to cater to the unique needs of my team's creative workflow is stellar and helps to make our projects run more efficeint.
Ease of use is a plus, especially for the end user to view proofs and submit projects requests. Customer Support team is also extremely helpful and hands on with urgency to answer questions, trouble shoot issues and set up functionality needed for projects.
The Implementation and pre-launch with setup and onboarding of the platform was top notch. Stefanie Hausner was very thorough with training and assitance to walk through process of building out the platform for my team and being on hand to help where ever needed during our launch out to our full marketing team.
Post launch with Travis Reese has also been wonderful with montly calls to discuss any topics needed, answer questions, provide resolutions to issues, and keeping us aware of new features that can help take our workings with the platform to a higher level.
New Features released that roll out have been good additions to the platform, one of my favorite and most used is Change Orders, it has been a game changer for project updates when needed after an initial request has been accepted.
The creative proofing feature is amazing with the side by side view of proof versions. It provides a great visual and easy access for cross reference of edits being made from one version to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lytho's ability to integrate with other systems is limited. It would be great for Lytho to integrate with Microsft Office for Teams and and Outlook to further connect tasks and communication between the to to translate and make for seamless communication and b able to turn emails and messages into actionable tasks within Lytho projects.
There is a current wish list that has been logged and submitted for review and possible accommodations to unveil with time if feasible. While there has been many new features that are resourceful to my workflow, some of the high level wish list items are still on hold.
The ability to automate more of the task actions would be helpful epsecially with numerous forms and templates created and used within my team's project. A good bit of actions from myslef as the admin and project manager is still manual and does take time.
The ability to be able to tweak forms once the support team has created functionality, it would be helpful for the admin to be able to make tweaks in specific ares of form where needed to allow for quck updates from our end versus having to put in a new request. Also alot of our forms we are very hands on with and hve creted ourselves for easability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
