Phone2 has been the worst VOIP experience we’ve had: frequent call/text outages, “current” features like call forwarding, Google Contacts, auto-replies, business hours, and call recording didn’t work, and promised integrations (HubSpot/Zapier “ready in Aug 2024”) never materialized. Support was effectively absent—our emails on 2/18, 2/22, and 2/27 went unanswered—leaving critical issues unresolved for weeks. We moved lines based on their marketing and were left with broken functionality that disrupted operations. Requested a refund; still no meaningful response. I cannot recommend Phone2 for any business-critical communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
