"I love ResMan!"
What do you like best about ResMan?

ResMan is an easy to use platform, and the software keeps everything streamlined and organized. I love how easily we can upload and sync documents, as well as the integration of information from other platforms. I utilize Resman everyday at work, and Resman is always there for me. It's also super easy to use and easy to train others on how to utilize the ResMan platform. I also love that pulling reports is very simple to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

The only negative thing I would have to say about Resman is that sometimes it takes a while to load when searching resident's names and pulling reports. Other than that, I don't have any other complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

ResMan has been an excellent software solution for our apartment operations. It’s user-friendly, intuitive, and makes it easy to manage everything from leasing to resident communication in one place. The reporting features are clear and customizable, which helps us stay on top of our goals and keep ownership updated with accurate information.

Our team appreciates how much time ResMan saves us compared to older systems — it’s streamlined our workflow and improved accuracy across the board. The customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

What do you like best about ResMan?

ResMan is easy to use making it easy to train new employees. I really like that everyone has access to see reports including at the Property level so no one is waiting on someone else to send them information. The customer support with ResMan is top notch. ResMan Payments has been a great feature to add and the implementation of it was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

I wish there was a way to seperate some of the permissions better. There are a couple of permissions that I wish I could give to some ne but with out giving them access to do eveything with that feature in ResMan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

There is a literal HELP tab on the side of the screen. That alone helps so much if you are learning to use Resman. I enjoy it because it brings back Yardi style looks with Entrata simplicity. Resman alone makes it easy to find what you need (as long as you have the permissions). I use it on the daily especially the mobile. Customer support is great when it comes to learning the system. What do you dislike about ResMan?

Not much to dislike. Everything is already at your fingertips. Maybe the mobile version would be my only deal. Always having to log in when you leave the page for half a second. What do you like best about ResMan?

ResMan is a software that is easily maneuverable. easy to understand and easy to learn. It is one of the best ones that I have tried and I believe I have tried them all in my 45 years of property management. I was one of the first property management managers to beta this program and have enjoyed it every since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

Some of the changes are unnecessary. Leave the boardroom alone....it works well already. The idea that you have to enter something in the search bar and hit enter is time consuming and unnecessary to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

The ease of finding help topics and getting ahold of someone in customer service is the best, you can chat send a email or call. Everyone I ever have talked with is extremely helpful and will get you the answers you need or seek further support and get right back to you. Ther is always a good follow up email as well. I love how everything is on one page for viewing resident info and procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

The conversion was not as easy as I think it could have been although any software integration is not easy. I was confused by it all, but they were there and helpful the entire process and for several months after to get us on track. The most helpful thing about ResMan is customer service. One of the upsides of using ResMan is the ease of learning how to use the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

The least helpful thing about using ResMan is adding recertification tics and leases to the software. There seems to be a great deal of going back and forth to add anything. The software would be more user friendly if, instead of going out of the screens, going to a different screen, then going back to the previous screens, it would be more helpful to be able to stay within the same screen.
